Our invertor stopped working due to a relay issue. Got a hold of Daniel and replaced it under warranty without costing me a cent. Extremely pleased with the professional service given throughout the experience.

I have received one of the staff phone call to discuss about which solar system we will go for. before this call we have compared many solar company already and have made our decision go to which company. But we still want to see if there is better option. I asked him what’s the brand of the solar panel and Inverter. He said we have many good brand such as hyundai,fronius, etc, which is not Chinese cheap stuff. And he keep mentioning we don’t use cheap Chinese stuff. I don’t know if he relished that’s I’m Chinese. And I feel very offensive when he said that. I said not all Chinese stuff is cheap. But I feel he won’t listen to me. And after this man hear our budget is around 3k after government rebate,he just said oh, cheap Chinese stuff, we don’t offer this product anymore. So I said please stop then I hang up. I don’t know if I’m too sensitive, but this conversation makes me really uncomfortable and upset. I have been Australia for 11 years and always nice people around me. This is first time I feel so upset when I trying to get a good service as a potential customer, thanks for the experiences.

I think Qld Solar are good to deal with. Pick your solar product pay your deposit and at the completion pay the balance. It could not be easier. I am very happy with the system and it's production of electricity is above what I expected. However I did find that whilst the installation is very good a bit more care could have been taken. Three tiles were broken and the gutter was badly pushed in from the ladder up against it . I only noticed the gutter recently but I am sure they would have seen it but did nothing to fix it. I would have given them 5 stars but for this. Daniel contacted me about the gutter and had arranged for a roofing company to fix the gutter. Within a short period they came and replaced the gutter. This type of service is rarely seen today...thanks Daniel. Since summer has arrived the solar system is producing the maximum output for lengthy periods during the day and my electricity account is now in credit. Thanks again Daniel.

Daniel and the team have always been excellent to deal with. I was expecting great savings with my solar kit (which I got in spades!) but the sales and afterservice was far better than I anticipated. Thanks Daniel and team

Excellent customer experience from start to finish. Throughout the process, Daniel and his team were always polite, genuine and most importantly professional. Our 10KW system was installed a couple of months ago and we have had no issues pre and post installation. I found their panels and inverter to be an excellent value proposition for my needs (do your own research). Also as others have mentioned, Daniel is very dedicated to his customers and makes himself accessible, taking the time to answer any questions you may have. QLD Solar and lighting were a really great company to deal with purchasing and installing our solar panels. Awesome solar system working flawlessly for 3 years so far.

I had a knock on the door from a man in a yellow suit. At first I thought he was one of the Wiggles but he then went on to explain that he was actually the CEO of a QLD Solar and Lighting and was going to offer me a great deal on a solar install with his company. I decided to purchase solar from Daniel because it was a quality system for a fair price. I also thought he might be able to use the money from my install to buy a new suit.

We had a very positive experience dealing with Daniel. He designed a unique solar system for our situation. Daniel made himself accessible and took time to answer questions. Follow-up after installation was also excellent. I can highly recommend Queensland Solar & Lighting as a genuine customer who had no prior affiliations with this business. 5 Star experience.
