I have always received very good, professional service for my car. But, today, my daughter arrives from 'up north' with a dud brake light. Paul (personally) fixes a replacement, while attending to half a dozen other matters at the same time. What a star, what a garage team!

Had a great experience, have been trying to find a proper garage that actually cares about proper wheel alignment. I have taken my BMW 330 Clubsport to a.few places and no one knows how to do a proper 4 wheel alignment. Well Shaun takes massive pride in his work and that is so rare to see in this day and age. My car is transformed and I could not be happier.

The best service you could ask for. I recently took my car here for an MOT and the experience I had with great. Great communication and very efficient.

Firstly in order to leave review, I had to click 1 star...but I actually don't even want to give 1 star. Queens park garage took advantage of me 1 year ago. I booked an MOT plus service with them. My car was new to me but second hand. I only drive round town with no major long journeys. Anyway, car went in and I was called and told I required front and rear brake pads and discs, to the tune of £600. Right before Christmas. I had my Service money put by but this was a shock..plus my all dancing car had not indicated a brake issue? I needed my car road safe, my licence is my job, I work for southwestern ambulance. Not taking any chances I had work done. It didn't sit well with me and my instincts were uneasy. But I put it out of my head. This year I have been looking for a new garage and have subsequently found out that my car never failed its MOT as it was being suggested to me. Because a fail has to be registered even if work is done and a pass happens the same day? I never knew this. My car has never failed an MOT and even if I did require the discs and pads doing at some point, though I'm thinking that i didnt, this should have been an advisory.
In short, Queens were not honest, saw and took an opportunity to make money out of me. I have learnt my lessen. Keep away from money hungry garages and go to small family run ones, who actually value your custom.

We had a problem with the ignition where the key wouldnt come out without a struggle.Main garage quoted a lot of money to possibly solve the problem- Paul said drop it by when passing. My wife took the car in and Paul had a look, and fixed the problem in a few minutes and didnt charge.
Also took my car in for a MOT and another query which the main garage cant fix- despite charging me over £300- and Paul gave me some very good advice as to what the query really is.
I have been driving for nearly 50 years and all types of vehicles, and used many garages and I can honestly say they are the best- always sound honest advice and very professional.

The best customer service you could ask for:
Last Friday my car threw a warning light, the specific warning light it showed could have been a number of issues, and as like many my car is fundamental to my life (commuting to work and uni), I was eager to get this sorted.
I have recently moved to Bournemouth. After looking at the reviews I entered my details into their online service request form (this was on a Sunday). 1st thing Monday morning I had a reply asking me to call. I spoke with Paul. Who advised me to bring the car the next day to diagnose the issue.
I brought my car round and within 10 minutes Paul personally diagnosed and resolved this issue (turned out to be faulty brake light)
Paul then did not charge me anything for this service, not even the parts he change (which was multiple bulbs in the rear light)
I understand bulbs are hardly the most expensive part in the world, however, do you think I would have got this level of service at Halfords or Kwik Fit?
Paul also did in no way patronise me for my lack of mechanical understanding, this is something I have found common at other garage/mot centres.
I will definitely be using Queen’s Park garage in the future. Fantastic customer service from Paul, and I am very appreciative.
We know how stressful it can be when an unexpected fault occurs with your car and just sometimes it is a quick and simple fix, which is great!! We are very glad we could be of help George and I will pass your comments on to Paul. You know where we are if you need us in the future and we look forward to seeing you for your next service or MOT.

Such a great garage had a problem with my car was in the same day fixed and back with me in the afternoon such friendly staff manager was so helpful and polite would definitely be using them again and highly recommend such good value aswell and don’t rip u off like most places

Great online booking system for MOTs and Service. The garage always seems busy and I have never had a bad experience with this garage. The last mot I had was effortless and paul in the office was really helpful and kept me up to date with the repairs carried out on my car and wouldn't go anywhere else.
