Excellent service
Booking was very easy with a very speedy confirmation message. I also received email and text messages to let me know that the driver was on his way, and again when he had arrived.I was very impressed to be given the make, colour, model, registration number and photograph of the car. Also, the driver's name and phone number. Very efficient and reassuring. The car was spotless and the driver, Mihai, was friendly and courteous.I will definitely use this firm again- and recommend it to friends.

Unreliable and unethical. Booked a taxi from Middlethorpe Hall to York station on Sunday. They took the booking online and fare, we stood outside waiting as time moved on tried to contact had to use a message bot as no phone available ? Eventually got message saying we don't accept your fare now. I had to rearrange train and lose money for changing late, booked an Uber for £7. Got a message saying my £12 from Quick Cars has been refunded. If they had not taken the booking it would have been fine but to take a booking, do they just take any booking to give themselves plenty to go at that's all i can think of. I am normally always on the side of taxi private hire drivers it can be a tough job at times as many years ago I was one. The issue is with those running the company. Have to give 1 star but it is 1 star too many really. Your reply was wrong you did take payment and then refunded. Maybe on our anniversary once we had the booking confirmed which you did we should have spent the afternoon watching for an incoming message from you to say we are not taking your booking. If you had just said really sorry our system our new online booking system but no you now also want to say we are lying- we are not. In business, we all make mistakes at times its how you deal with them its something you need to learn.

Chris arrived to take us to the airport on time. Professional, friendly service. Our flight was delayed by over an hour on the way home but no issues at all as he was there ready and waiting for us and no extra charge. Helped load suitcases into taxi and car was comfortable with plenty of space. Would use again and highly recommend for airport journeys

Smooth and efficient taxi service in York
Excellent pre booked cab York to Whitby. Very good driver and comfortable car. Pick up was on time and all was easy to arrange from home including pre payment so no need for cash.

Very professional service. We pre booked the taxi the day before and our flight was delayed 2hrs prior to departure, we called to notify and the dispatcher was very helpful and reassuring. When we arrived at LBA the taxi was there despite the Ryanair delay. The journey was comfortable, safe and the driver was friendly. The journey from Leeds Bradford Airport to York was 10/10 for comfort and value for money! Great experience!

Highly recommend taxi service
Pre Booked online for weekend round trip from Leeds airport to York. Got email confirmation of booking, another email when driver was on their way with a link to track the car/ call the driver. On both trips the car arrived promptly, slightly early , the car interior was immaculate and drivers were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
