The view here is stunning, and the chap manning the place was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. If you're doing a day trip to pinhao, we thoroughly recommend the walk on the PL20 up to the village and stopping in here. Note they need prebooking to do a tour, but frankly stopping for a tasting is nearly as good!

What a view and so many wines to choose tasting from. I ate a cheese plate and had a taste of two small glasses of wine. Couldn't be more satisfied with this visit!

Very nice wine and port wine. I recommend a 10 year old tawny port of excellent quality. A little bit on the expensive side though.

The quinta is very far from the train station… about 18 minutes by car and high up on the mountain. The views from the top are incredible. We did the port tasting and they were just ok. It’s a shame they don’t offer more snacks to go with the port.

Fantastic experience! We found it just by a chance. Tour of the wine making facility and vineyards was very informative and fun. We followed it by wine tasting and nice plate of tapas and finally by port tasting. We spent fabulous hours on the terrace enjoying food, drinks and views while chatting with our guide. Highly recommend !

What a fantastic experience! The views were amazing, which only added to the tasting and tapas outside overlooking the Douro River. This winery is up high in Casal do Lovois, so harder to get to, but so worth it. We spent a few days in the Douro Valley, and this was one of the single best viewpoints in the area. And the wine was excellent, especially their award winning red. We ended up buying a few bottles (the red and an excellent white). We also had tapas for our group of ten that went well with the tasting. Antonio let us walk through his vineyards. Just a wonderful two hours spent here that we will not forget!

Our tasting a week ago was amazing. This is a lovely family run Quinta where the wines they make express their sense of place, are beautifully crafted and shared with a massive smile and obvious care. Stunning location overlooking the Douro River. We had the signature tasting and the flight was a great representation of the House. Thank you for having us!

It was a perfect experience. A small family owned vineyard with the most amazing view in the Douro! Antonio and his parents were such nice people and easy to talk to. Also, the wines and the food were very good. Would recommend this to anyone!

We ended our ten mile walk here and the view was spectacular. The service was just okay but the setting is worthwhile. Good wine and tapas.
