Hace 1 día Nueva Esta compañía es lo peor que nos ha podido pasar. 1 estrella es poco para esta compañía como es posible que desde hace dos meses no nos llaman no nos dan razón de nuestro caso tenemos nuestro carro en pérdida total mi mamá no tiene trabajo porque está mal de la rodilla la columna nos tocado llamar y la señora VANESSA nos contesta y nos dice unas mentiras nos evade el tema y lo peor es que nos dice mire valla haciéndoce la idea de que eso le va a tocar pagar a usted por Dios bendito porque juegan con la salud, con el pan de cada día que uno lleva a su casa. lo único que les importa es la plata. No nos quieren responder se nos esconden no nos llaman ya mi mamá finalizó terapia supuestamente y pedimos la factura por Dios una re mundial de dinero no nos dicen nada de qué va a pasar con el carro. mi mamá no está trabajando Entro en una depresión, ansiedad me tocó llevármela por URGENCIAS está mal llora todos los días. NO HAGAN ESO PONGAN LA CARA Le pedimos para que nos autoricen para hablar con los ajustadores del carro les da miedo no nos contestan nos dicen que no se puede. Entonces si ya les dieron dinero y se lo están ROBANDO 🤷🏻‍♀️ Estoy muy indignada con esta firma y si nos toca contra demandar vamos averiguar porque es una falta de respeto que se aprovechen de la gente así no ahí perdón de DIOS 14 de diciembre 2024
