Would recommend. Rafael was efficient at scheduling time, especially as our request was of an urgent nature. The report provided was of excellent quality. We have used him twice now, and we will continue to use him for any future building inspections. We would happily recommend him to friends and family.

Rafael provided the most thorough and informative building inspection report I've ever seen.

Highly recommended. This report was so good I'm likely to ask for a report periodically to identify the most important maintenance options for my property.

Rafael is an example of what dedication, hard work, and commitment can produce. We came across him through a referral and his response was prompt, clear and compassionate. Booking an inspection is easy through his site. He coordinated with the seller's agent to organise access to the property. I visited him during the inspection and noticed his attention to detail as well as his ability to contextualise issues found and explain it to me so that we could form an informed way forward. His report was exhaustive and very detailed. His speed in turning the report around is phenomenal (he did it for me the same day even though I hadnt required it urgently.) He prides himself on the work he does and the service he offers. Highly recommended to get your pre purchase inspections and toxicology reports done.

Rafael was great to deal with and very professional. I had very specific inspection requirements for a property that was undergoing remediation. Rafael listened carefully, then provided a report with everything covered in a way the bank could easily understand. I couldn't be more satisfied. For me a point of difference was his expertise with remote inspection tools, as my property was an apartment block, most of my report required inspection and photography by drone

You spent a great deal of time doing the inspection, far longer than I and the real estate agent anticipated. You inspected things that I never dreamed of looking at and you talked me through items you found with me on site during your inspection. Rafael provides an excellent service with very detailed checks and easy to understand reports. On a couple of houses I have been able to compare reports from other inspectors to that of Rafael, and Rafael's reports are the most detailed I have seen and showed defects not listed on the other reports.

I've used Rafael service for inspect a property. He's very responsive & easy to work with, and his service is thorough (inspected the roof with drone, ceiling, all the electricity etc). At the end, he provided a building inspection report in very detailed manner. Overall, I really happy with his service & will definitely recommend him!
