I damaged a very sentimental diamond ring that I thought was un repairable. After many weeks of looking on line and contacting many jewellers I came across Raina jewels.
They used some stones from my original ring and added some new ones. And made me the identical ring in fact nicer. They went above and beyond to help me. I could not recommend them enough lovely family run business. 5 star ⭐️ service. Thank you once again Jolene

The quality of the earrings i ordered is absolutely phenomenal and they are absolutely beautiful. They even sent the earring in beautiful jewelry boxes. I would ABSOLUTELY order from them again ♥️

I am delighted with my wedding ring from Raina Jewels. They gave me good advice and took the time to explain things and to let me try different options, no pressure selling at all. They also created my ring really quickly as I only had a few weeks. Would definitely visit again!

As close to a perfect experience, that you can have. Questions answered were insightful, staff were very accommodating, friendly and I really got the impression that they were concerned with what’s best for the customer as opposed to trying to sell to me, which was great. Very happy with my purchase from a reputable and trusted jeweller. Will undoubtedly return again in the future.

Lovely customer service. We went there looking for baby earrings and found some very nice ones. The lady was very patient and helpful and helped us put the earrings in which wasn't easy as my baby didn't like her ears being touched. Would highly recommend.
