Raincoat Roofing is the real deal. We use them for our commercial property in Glenwood IL and every time they do a fantastic job. They have done everything from patching to reroofing. I recommended them to my daughter's residential project as well. It's nice to have somebody who you can trust is not out to get you, but out to get the job done professionally and at a reasonable price.

We had a roof leak in the middle of the winter in 2021. Clark Roofing assessed it and did nothing, they told us we needed to run our bathroom exhaust fans longer. To my surprise, the same water stain in the same spot on my ceiling appeared again this year. This time Raincoat Roofing came out to assess and actually found the source of the problem and sealed it off. A big thanks to Frankie for extraordinary service!

This review is solely on the estimate experience, which was very positive. Shortly after contacting Raincoat Roofing to inspect the condition of our flat roof we received a call from Alex Slisz, who was prompt with scheduling a visit to our property. During the on-site he provided us with several maintenance options which was educational in helping us determine next steps and was quick to send over itemized quotes for each of the solutions we had discussed. If you're experiencing leaks or looking to extend the life of your current roofing system then Alex is your guy!

I used Raincoat roofing after having multiple roofers come out to give us a bid - they were by far the most professional and reliable. The one negative was scheduling: It took them a while to get me the quote and then get me on the schedule. Once they finally came though, they were professional and helpful and sent detailed photos of the repairs the next day. I would highly recommend them!

Was told by management that the work would be done week after next; two months later still waiting. This “stringing you along” has happened before. My neighbors and I are tired of being treated this way. The company must be doing well if they can afford to do this to customers.

I would suggest avoiding this company. We have had multiple experiences now in our association where management says they will do work but doesn't follow through. Still waiting on a project that was told would start a few months ago. If they are too busy or don't want our business, they need to be up front and say this.

Never really used them myself as the sales person for Lincoln Park area is terribly unreliable and will not follow up. The company did a great job installing our roof 20 years ago but it's been impossible to get a quote from them in the past few years. I'd get a better sales rep.
