Don't waste time Would not recommend Worked with a lawyer and a few paralegals on a simple he hit me case about a year they still can't the insurance to pay, on top of that no communication they act like email doesn't exist if they can't contact you through any other means (text)but want you to sign everything through DocuSign email your the smart lawyer u can't find a way to contact your victim 30,000 not enough to make em work I guess

When you try calling or texting them back about your case they go silent

I was hit by a semi 24 times in my small sedan. I hired Ramos. I agreed to a contract where they receive 33% of my settlement. They pushed me to use a specific clinic to have chiropractic adjustments and massages due to some whiplash. I found out after my treatments that this clinic was owned by Ramos. They charged $620 per visit for a 30 minute massage, and a 15 minute chiro adjustment!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I should have asked more questions up front. Obviously I was completely taken advantage of because I didn't fully understand this area. So, in the end, Ramos received almost 80% of my settlement. What a joke! Beware, they only care about money and do not have peoples best interest at heart.

I am really happy with the work Chad and Lanae did for me. Their customer service was outstanding and they kept me informed of all steps of the process. Without them I don’t know how I would have made it through this. Thank you for all your help

Ill be honest. I didn't expect much from Ramos, dealing with previous OTHER lawyers and law firms from other accidents I had. Very bad experiences with past accidents, But I will say I had a pleasant experience with Ramos. They keep me informed and in the loop. I didn't feel pressured and felt they handled my case well given my history and condition. They were fair in the settlement too. I would definitely use them again(hopefully I won't have to) but If I did I would call them first. Marianne and her aides did a great job for me.

I had an accident February 3,2023 at the time I was 8 months pregnant and a women had took a red light and totaled my car, Ramos law firm not only helped make the whole process of working with the insurance to get my money back for the car but they also went above and beyond and helped me get my settlement check from the insurance company for all of time I had to take off work damaged medical bills and so forth. Cynthia and Marco are absolutely wonderful to work with and I recommend anyone who goes thru a traumatic car accident as I did contact them they are all around not only a great firm but they care about there clients.
