Awesome company, Kerrie and the office team are great to deal with and always know what I need. Whilst the boys in the back are always quick to jump in and get you loaded with the right orders! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fencing !!

R&R Fencing have a great product and even better staff, especially Kerrie and the girls out front. Not only do they serve the fencing contractors they also deal with the general public and their questions as well. Kerrie and her team are very knowledgeable and professional. If anyone is after anything related to fencing I highly recommend you go to R&R fencing.

Kerrie is awful to deal with, rude,loud,obnoxious. Gets short with customers who are asking questions. I went with a friend who wanted to purchase fencing materials and observed this behaviour. The way she speaks to and about other staff is appalling, my friend ended up leaving and not purchasing.

Take a looong time to give a quote, despite calling more than once. Got my fence installed by another company instead of waiting for RnR ..sigh EDIT: In response to R&R, I wish to clarify that I did not receive the quote for the supply of the fence from R&R despite repeated reminders over several weeks. I gave up and approached another supplier for a quote instead.

I would advise everyone check the measurement on the material they purchase as they gave me 2100 mm sheets that were only 2090 long and would not believe or compensate me got ripped off not happy jan

The lady at the front desk is rude and lazy

I was ordering fencing components to replace my fence lost in a fire. Never installed a fence before and would be a “Google handyman warrior” type. The assistance I got from this team over the phone to get a price on items, ordering in person at the office and picking up from the warehouse was great. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Extra assistance was given to me for ensuring I ordered everything I needed and the warehouse guys were very keen to assist getting it all loaded into the trailer. Was a great experience for something I thought would have been harder. Thanks all, pure Aussie style service.

I realise people get tired particularly at the moment with heat. I rang 20.30pm accidentally as I had a free moment. I apologised. I didnt realise it was 8.30pm. Regardless the comment given to me by contractor was rude and horrible. I run a small business and I'm never rude to clients Regardless of time.as long as it's not too. DONT WANT TO BE CONTACTED LEAVE A mesgt WON'T BOTHER WITH YOU IR UR FENCING. Plus I was advised I would be swarn at. Says it all. NOT Good.
