Mr. Edward Hunt, loader, coordinated several times with me and executed a great plan that ensured both the pick up of my 2014 KIA Sportage in Ft. Worth, TX on October 1, 2025 and delivery today, October 2, 2025 was done in a very professional manner. For this, I can truly say that I will coordinate any future shipment with Mr. Hunt and Rapid Auto Shipping.

My son J, recently used Rapid Auto Shipping to transport both of his vehicles out of state, and we agree that he received excellent service from Mr. Edward Hunt.
From the start, the experience was very personal. He took time to answer all of our questions (and we had a long list) with patience and clarity. After we agreed to the terms, we immediately received email verification, and everything was smooth sailing from there.
The driver communicated well with my son, which gave him confidence and peace of mind during the transport. Both vehicles arrived safely in Florida ahead of schedule.
We would absolutely use Rapid Auto Shipping again, and when we do we’ll be asking for Edward Hunt!

This kind, quick, polite and thoughtful gentleman rescued me from my keys being locked in the car at a Woodbury NJ convenience store last night. He is a treasure may god bless him and the company

Edward is the man. Really good at what he does, very communicative and honest. Shipping cars is no fun but he made it really painless for me. If you need your car shipped, there are lots of choices. If you want it done without issue, this is the right choice.

In the beginning, everything seemed fine, then I called and asked if I could put articles in the vehicle. Edward said yes, but with stipulations and that for every 100 lbs, it would be $100,(200 lbs = $200, 300 lbs = $300, etc). He asked how much I would be putting in the vehicle and I said I didn’t know that at that point. I called and said that I would be willing to pay up to $1000, but still at this point I didn’t know what the weight would be AND I’ve been asking, since day one for pick up on a particular day (April 30th)
So, this morning, (April 29th), I get a call from the actual transport company (not the same company)-apparently, Rapid Auto is a broker, and the transport will be here to pick up my vehicle in 10 minutes! This was a shock to me because I was never advised by Rapid that they were coming today. Now, I have a weight for the items added to the vehicle and it’s 490 lbs. Rapid wanted to go over fees and it’s gone up to $2500. $800 initial fee, plus they added $200 for insurance-this was NEVER discussed with me and now, instead of the $100/lb, it’s $300/lb. They said that they were taking one car off of the transport truck to accommodate my addition of 490lbs. This makes no sense! They are a broker! They have no control over how the vehicles are being transported ! They don’t have to pay the actual shipper’s insurance! Just because I said that I was willing to pay up to $1000, I’m getting charged for it. (It should only be $500). These guys are nothing but liars and scammers. Watch your back!!! Very bad experience!
AFTER REVIEWING THE COMMENTS FROM RAPID AUTO SHIPPING-here’s my reply-the actual shipper didn’t care that I stuffed the car with my belongings! This was just another excuse for Rapid Auto to collect more money from me, as well as them saying that I had to pay for the shipper’s insurance! Why would I pay them for the trucks insurance??? They are not going to be happy when they read that I made a deal with the actual shipper and saved myself $1000. Example: he was going to charge me $2500 and only pay the shipper/truck $900. The driver was so angry, as was I ! You’ll be sorry if you use this company.
Thank you for your feedback. As discussed initially, everything was proceeding smoothly. However, the last-minute update regarding the weight of the luggage has affected the calculations, leading to changes in the price as demanded by the drivers.

I would highly recommend Rapid Auto Shipping. After being scammed by United Auto Force LLC, I called this company at 9:30 pm at night and my car was picked up at 1 pm the next day. Edward Hunt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. He was very reassuring and responsive. Communication with Edward and the driver was very easy. They always retuned my calls and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company. I shipped my car from New Jersey to Arizona and they originally told me it would take 6-8 days and it came in 4. It left on a Thursday and arrived on a Monday. Edward and his company made this whole process very easy.

I want to give a very strong five star review to Rapid auto shipping for shipping my brand new Ford F350 pick up truck all the way across the country. I worked with a gentleman named Edward Hunt, who was so professional and so customer service oriented.. You never really know about someone until something goes wrong which in this case was a wrong phone number of the driver that was carrying my car. It was an honest mistake but Edward Hunt walked me through the entire process made sure everything was OK. Got everything fixed and the truck was delivered totally on time even though the glitch was made in the phone number. His customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I strongly urge anyone who is going to have a car shipped to use this company and use THIS gentleman as his professionalism, courtesy knowledge and devotion to his job is above reproach. By the way this is the first time I’ve ever written a review because I was never so impressed with someone.like Edward Hunt!

Rapid Auto Shipping is my #1 choice for transporting my vehicles. In the military, PCSing can be very stressful. Luckily, Rapid Auto Shipping name speaks for itself. After explaining my situation and timeline to the owners, they went above and beyond and exceeding my expectation. My SUV arrived a day ahead of time in the same condition it was before it was shipped. I highly recommend them to be your go to for shipping your auto. Thanks again Edward and Joe for having my six!

Price is a bit expensive. Delays were made in the beginning and I had to constantly reach out for updates. Only reason that I gave it two stars as opposed to one was because it was delivered and driver went above and beyond.
