They responded within minutes and showed up for a same day appointment within a couple of hours. We checked the oven multiple times before calling to make sure it was not working. Ercan tried the oven, and it worked, so he didn't even charge the service call. Ercan provided the best customer service I have received in 20 years living here. This is the first time I have really felt important to an appliance repair company, and they have created a loyal customer for any appliance repair need I have in the future.
