Richard arranged my porting and my extra lending and well everything associated with our house move. He is very professional and is very very knowledgeable in what he does he explains every step of the process from start to finish. I would recommend Richard to anyone so if you want a stress free professional to sort your mortgage etc etc Richard is your man.

Having known Richard for a number of years through arranging my insurance, when it came time to get a Mortgage there was no one else I would approach to to the work on my behalf. While I was in a good place to make a purchase, Richard and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we met the sellers deadlines and expectations. We went from viewing a house to moving in within 5 weeks. While I appreciate this is not the norm, Richard, my wife and I had laid plenty of ground work before finding the house and as a result Richard and his team were able to deliver for us on all levels. Richard is straight talking and up front in regard to managing expectations and as long as you do your part and do what you said you would do he will deliver a world class home buying experience.

We chose Richard Crow after a fiasco with another broker. Richard absolutely worked his a** off to get us the best deal. At one point he was contacted personally by the lender as this deal had some unusual financial elements to it and with his skill, the person overseeing the lending was very happy with the deal. He's very friendly, super professional and constantly kept us informed with how things were going. We had a 90 minute zoom call, where we were able to get most of the information Richard needed done. I don't do many recommendations, but Richard is worth every penny.

Could not recommend Richard and his team enough. From the very beginning Richard was patient and very understanding, his advice about what we needed to do- to get what we needed was invaluable! Danneka was always on hand whenever we needed reassurance on the process’s, as first time buyers this really puts you at ease.
