Came home last night to popped cords on our garage door. We could not open one side to get car out. We called RCI Doors this morning and within an hour they had Ty Strickland here to assist. He was prompt, efficient and a pleasure to talk to. So thankful for a local company and their employees serving our community. Replaced spring and did routine maintenance on both doors. Thank you, thank you!!!!

Jack and Zack did a LiftMaster and myQ system install today and they were very professional and detailed with everything. I appreciate them being knowledgeable about the product and helpful with using my new system! Thank you again RCI Doors!

We had Ty come out today from RCI Doors and he was very professional and polite and wasted no time getting here ! RCI is 5 Star all the way from the nice young lady I spoke with on the phone to Ty calling to let me know he was on his way to help me out ! They also send a picture of the technician coming out for your safety ! Ty was very pleasant to talk too and He was very knowledgeable about his job ! He fixed a mess where I shut my door on a chair that was in the path of the door. It bent some rails and cables came off but Ty figured it out Quickly and solved the problems! RCI’s annual maintenance plan is a great service - Ty Strickland was at our house today making any necessary repairs and adjustments. Ty was very professional, courteous and helpful.
