It’s been a great experience with my broker ben taylor and his all team, they been through every single step and when my mortgage offer accepted interest was high and everything was done but as soon as interest went down by the lender they told me and did re application Again thanks to ben taylor and his team 5 stars

Ben and Yuliyana have been amazing, and treated us specially. We are happy with the outcome of the services we requested (Paying off HTB including the valuation, and new build mortgaging). Will use them again if necessary and happy to refer them to anyone.

If you are searching for a mortgage broker, I cannot recommend Rebus enough! Our case is very complicated and difficult and Rebus recently helped us successfully get a mortgage. We talked to a few banks ourselves and also many other brokers, all said to us that there’s no product that we could meet the requirements. When I talked to Lee, he came back with a solution on the same day, which eventually turned into a mortgage offer. It was such a pleasant experience working with Lee and Joy. I can never recommend them enough.

Rebus FS team has gone above and beyond. We have been told by a certain mortgage advisor that, due to our visa status, we are ineligible for mortgage and no bank will grant it to us unless we come up with some crazy deposit. Having almost lost our hope we reached out to Rebus. Lee has looked into our case and sorted everything out and arranged the mortgage deal. No fuss at all. Very quickly, professionally and with high level of courtesy. Great communication during the process, very clear explanation and also putting in touch with lawyers who dealt with the matter in express fashion! In the meantime, Joy was keeping us up to date and communicating every progress along the way. We could feel that they communicate with the lawyers and are on top of things. I am impressed with their highest quality mortgage advice! When I contacted them for the 1st time I didn't believe into the success, because we are not British citizens, just having skilled worker visa. However they did their best! I am really grateful to them for all their support! So, I definately recommend Rebus service. If you live in Britain less then 2 years on skilled worker visa, dreaming to have your own property, Rebus team will help you.

I would sincerely recommend Rebus as a professional broker. In our particular situation we had been anxious that we may not be able to find a mortgage due to my wife currently being on a spouse visa, but Rebus swiftly allayed those fears and under these (more complicated than usual) conditions, found us a mortgage in principle within 48 hours, at the LTV we wanted, followed by a good mortgage offer. They have been supportive ever since and friendly and down to earth. I'm pleased we picked them.

Joy and Lee who has been helping throughout the whole mortgage process has been amazing . They updated us about the mortgage process every step of the way and made sure we understood everything. They even helped us change into another bank without no issues when we realised the mortgage interest rates were lower there than the one we had already taken !

I cannot recommend Rebus or our broker Ben enough!!! We had a complex case. I'm a tier two visa holder and my partner had some credit difficulties. We were contacting broker after broker with most telling us they could not support us without a 25% deposit. But not Ben. Within 17 days, we had a mortgage accepted with a reasonable deposit and a great rate. We could not be more thankful for all the care Ben put into our case. He's been so informative and helpful for us as first time home buyers, we can't thank him enough.
