I have been dealing with James from the Recruit Shop for a few months now and he has provided me with 10/10 candidates every time. He has just successfully placed a Tradesman Plumber for us. James has been a pleasure to work with, he goes above and beyond to understand what I am looking for in the candidate and delivers exceptional quality every time. We had been looking to hire a new production person for the last year - ran 2 ads in seek, and tried word of mouth. Nothing worked out. Finally we came across Recruit Shop and gave them a go - it cost a bit more than us running another Seek ad but was well worth it. Within a week we had some genuine candidates (they only forward details for the good ones) to consider and by the end of the month had run some interviews and employed!! A thoroughly enjoyable and worthwhile process with all the pain of trying to employ removed. All costs completely transparent, and even took out a 6 month guarantee incase the employee doesn't work out. Outstanding.

Overall great service for smaller to medium size businesses. Would recommend to others without hesitation. Disclose to recruiter if you need bulk applicants sent each time they screen as ~4 candidates get sent each time. They didn’t have an issue catering to our request and we had a hire at the end of the process. Only downside was the app which they had backup emails for everything which was great! Sharna was also very responsive and helpful.

Recruit Shop have been amazing and a pleasure to deal with. We were originally looking for one employee but ended up hiring 2 x quality trades people. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. We tried to recruit ourselves advertising on Seek etc. but were unsuccessful and wasted a lot of time and money, so I made the decision to try Recruit Shop. Lisa was able to find us quite a few quality applicants with the right Trade and skills that we required. Lisa kept in regular contact with us and did not give up trying. They get the scope of the job and only send through applicants that meet that scope which is very helpful and time saving. Will definitely be using them again in the future and can highly recommend them as a no fuss Recruitment Agency that doesn't break the budget.
