Fast loading in a dock right away 9/6/24

IRS recycling mix garbage and recycling together - it is their standard practice. Their website used to claim that the truck could sort the recycling out of the garbage. None of that is true. Then they claimed that someone called in the recycling as “contaminated” but the only thing contaminated is IRS’ recycling practices. Please use a company that will help recycle the proper way. Edit, 7/8 around 1130am, IRS truck pulls up, stays for about 5 mins and then leaves without retrieving trash or recycling 7/9 IRS garbage and recycling picked up at 730am, before chicago noise ordinance 7/12 came at exactly 8am and picked up trash and recycling 7/15 came at 8 am and picked up trash and recycling at the same time I have cameras on my whole building - please note.

Drop and Hook. Fast in and out. Live loads have too scale in and out. You can do axle weights. But You have too do it yourself one set of axles at a time. Digital read out. These guys don't play around. They're fast

We use Independent's trash and recycling services for about 1k units across Chicago. We have worked with other trash companies in the past, and none come close! You're not just $$ or a Check to Frank and his team - they'll get to know you on a first name basis, and they have been BEYOND flexible with us when it comes to increasing, decreasing service (Frank himself will let you know if you have too many pick up days, or too many containers - He is not greedy by any means - all other big names in Chicago will sell you as much service as you'll pay for. This is not the case with Independent) They are super flexible with emergency pick-ups on our regularly serviced bins when we have moveouts causing a lot of trash. They get rolloffs out same day! And when a pick up is missed they send us proof and let us know when they'll wrap back around and pick it up which is unheard of without request for other companies. Independent cares! I don't and won't ever have a bad thing to say about them! Thank you Independent AS ALWAYS

Terrible. Routine violators of city noise ordinance. They are out in the middle of the night picking up garbage and their guys yelling loudly to each other. Reported them already several times hope they get fined.

Illegal trash pick up outside of my house weekly breaking city noise ordinance. They pick up a huge dumpster on my street at 4:30 am - from an unlisted business. I’ve reported to my Alderman and the news.

Breaks city noise ordinance. They were emptying a huge dumpster on my street at 4:30 am every Friday morning. Called to complain and so they switched the route to empty the dumpster at 4:10 am on Monday mornings.

Their guys are very mean. Their job is to take the garbage but they are mean. They treat you like they are doing for free. Especially recycling guy was very mean. Almost screaming and almost throwing the containers.

This organization is the best I've encountered in my 35-year career in the industry. IRS is the only company I will do business with!

My experience was great!!! Heads up, make sure you scale in right as you pull in. Also, your truck and trailer will NOT fit on the scale, so walk over to the window, and the “extremely nice” lady will instruct you on what to do. She was so friendly and I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the guy that loaded me, so I could put his name in here. In and out in 30-40 minutes!!

Trucker. Check in to Scale 1st entrance, loaded 30min forklift and workers nice people. Heavy loads, you will get your truck dirty for sure but overall really good experience for me 9/10

On Wednesday 03.08.2023 at 8:00am, while driving northbound on US HWY 19 N a GREEN FIBER trash truck (license plate F1867F) was weeving in and out of traffic. I first noticed this when, without indicating, they cut in front of me in the middle lane nearly clipping my front end. When I called in Samantha told me they sold their vehicles to Recycling Serv8ces if Florida. Watch out. Shady behavior and hazardous road manufacturers.

They pick up garbage and recycling and dump them into the same truck. I call fraud! Go with another company if you care for the Earth.
