I’ll never be able to commend this team highly enough! I was having a nightmarish experience with my previous property managers, but wasn’t really sure how to switch to a different company because the old property manager wanted to communicate only via email. But I should have contacted Red Brick so much sooner than I did. They called me right away to guide me through the process. They advocated for me when my previous property managers were behaving poorly. They picked up the wreckage the previous company created and they managed to get my house rented within a couple of weeks of me first contacting them. They were incredibly kind and understanding of how upset and stressed I was. They continue to communicate effectively. I wish I would have had this advice so I’ll provide it here - if you’re having a rough time with your property manager, you can indeed go to a new company, and Red Brick are going to help you through it.

Nalin has been a great help as I first Met Nalin in 2019 renting one of his property. Property got sold and Nalin was kind enough to get me another brand new property from 2020-2024. My lease ended for the property to be sold. I got InTouch with Nalin again in as much as he was not my agent at this time, he came through for me again this last few weeks looking for a home for me.
