It was a very beautiful experience. It was done incredibly well, and you get a breathtaking view.

L’expérience était globalement intéressante, mais il y a tout de même plusieurs points décevants. Tout d’abord, nous avions réservé un créneau à 16h30, en payant un supplément pour profiter du coucher de soleil. Nous sommes arrivés sur place avant 16h30 pour être prêts à monter, mais à cause de la file d’attente en bas, nous ne sommes arrivés en haut qu’une demi-heure plus tard, une fois la nuit déjà tombée. Cela peut sembler anodin, mais j’avais choisi et payé ce créneau précisément pour le sunset, donc cette organisation laisse un goût amer. Ensuite, les photos prises grâce au bracelet sont très limitées en nombre et d’une qualité décevante, surtout en soirée. Payer 25 $ supplémentaires pour un tel résultat est clairement injustifié. Enfin, même si je comprends que le lieu cherche à maximiser ses revenus, le nombre de visiteurs présents simultanément est un vrai problème. À certains endroits, comme la salle des balles, il était pratiquement impossible de circuler, ce qui gâche l’expérience. Une limitation plus stricte du nombre de visiteurs serait nécessaire. Malgré ces points négatifs, c’était une belle découverte, même si l’expérience a un coût. Les boissons au bar sont bonnes, les vues sur NYC spectaculaires, et les idées des activités vraiment intéressantes, bien qu’elles souffrent de la surfréquentation. En conclusion, je déconseille fortement de réserver pour le coucher de soleil, car il est difficile de garantir le créneau et le supplément payé ne vaut pas le coup. Privilégiez une visite en journée ou en soirée pour profiter pleinement de l’expérience.

While the views and the visit itself are amazing, the experience is somewhat overshadowed by the long waits, the queues, and especially the staff's attitude, which could be significantly improved. It’s a beautiful place, but the overall service left much to be desired.

What a wonderful experience! We had the chance to witness an absolutely incredible and memorable sunset. A truly unforgettable moment we will cherish for a long time.

Muy chulo para hacerse fotos con unas impresionantes vistas de Nueva york. La visita dura bastante. De precio caro si vas en familia como todo NY. Hay que reservar normalmente de un día para otro.

As someone who went here for a friend to experience it, and not as someone who wanted to go, I give this place 5 stars. I am terrified of heights, but allowed my friend to bring me here, and even though it's known that this place will take you up 93 floors, we ran into an employee who was so sweet about my fear when she saw that was apprehensive about going to the floor where you can see beneath you. She offered to take me to the lounge, and got me a water and a place to sit. She also took me up there in an elevator that was not covered wall to wall with mirrors and held my hands, assuring me that I was safe with her and in the building. Not to mention about twenty minutes later she came back upstairs to check on me to make sure that I was okay and didn't need assistance back downstairs. Linda, at the Summit is truly the most amazing person ever and I am so grateful for her because she took what could have been the worst experience for me, the best.

The worst experience ever !!! Went there was foggy I was hoping to get a refund instead the lady prepared us for how the view is going to be like and said if we can change it to another day and said tomorrow the weather is going to be the same. And ppl got stuff to do, ppl work, they have lives. So instead of wasting 58 dollars because I knew that I’m not going back I entrée very very disappointed. Will never set my foot. Check the weather before u go. Preferable to go in summer or spring or even fall

I think everyone should experience this at least once. This was a very unique experience. I had more fun than I thought i would. Jackson was so helpful and took our pictures and videos, and made them look so professional!
