John provided and connected me with services required when purchasing a property. Felt he not only had the seller's best interest but also mine. John went above and beyond and even came and hung my TVs on my walls once settled and moved in. He also has offered to help educate and teach me on the running of the pool which i definitely be taking him up on. I may even get my lawns done weekly at this rate. Lovely and caring! We met Kathy during the filming for the marketing campaign and she was just so lovely and caring. Once she took over the sales process, we were guided through the open house inspections which were not as difficult as we had imagined. Kathy kept us in the loop at all times, calling almost daily once the house when onto the internet. 6 days after the launch we had a contract and she negotiated the best price possible. Kathy was so professional and her skills as a communicator are top notch. Selling our house was very stressful but Kathy made the whole experience enjoyable and trouble free. We know that behind the scenes she was working very hard for us. Her support for us continues with regular contact as we await settlement.
