I recently had wide-excision melanoma removal surgery from the scalp performed by Dr George Miguel, and really want to share my experience, mainly because of his excellent care, and to help others who may be experiencing a similar issue. I was nervous during my initial consultation, but his professionalism, compassion and experience in the field set me at ease. The surgery itself went great. He warned me that the wound would be larger than I might expect, due to the location, so I was prepared. It's been two weeks now and the site is nearly healed. Tests came back with clean margins, so I'm very happy about that. Thank-you Dr Miguel.

I needed a dermatological procedure on my face and was referred to Dr. Miguel by my dermatologist. What an incredible surgeon. Not only was he successful with the procedure with absolute minimal scarring, he was endlessly kind, empathetic, personable, and he easily gained my trust. I can not recommend this doctor enough. Nothing less than exemplary.

You will not regret it!

I had the worst rhinoplasty EVER here! My nose is worse then what I started with, which was my biggest fear! I now have to have a revision, which sounds very easy (it’s NOT) I have to wait a year to heal, around a year to be seen, and another year to get a revision AND they will need to take bone from my rib to correct my nose from what THIS surgeon did 😞 IF you want a legitimate & experienced rhinoplasty specialist, I’d suggest you go elsewhere. This has ultimately been the most devastating, disheartening, inconvenient, emotional roller coaster I’ve experienced and I hope no one has to endure what I went through. Beside taking time away from my work, children, and family…… I now have to come with DOUBLE the amount of money to fix what was supposed to be accomplished the FIRST time. Do your homework people and don’t choose a doctor based on how “nice” they are! Do not be me!! Many wonderful TOP notch doctors in the area!! UPDATE as of 8/20/23🚨: the left nostril is slowly collapsing making it difficult to breath out of that side. I visibly noticed the left side after surgery, being bumpy/lumpy and never has felt completely breathable on that side since surgery (was PERFECT before hand) I am now trying to get into my new surgeon sooner than my surgery date in 2025! My nostrils also are 100% UNEVEN & completely noticeable. Not one thing has gotten better within the “year long healing process” it’s been TWO and getting nothing but worse! DO NOT GET A RHINOPLASTY HERE! 🚨 Three more months and I get to FINALLY have my “revision rhinoplasty”!

Update below: I am very very thankful to have had Dr. Miguel's expert hands perform my rhinoplasty. I can't thank him enough for his patience and understanding throughout the entire process; from my hesitance and fears, to my personal life interfering with my scheduling process, he remained the calm in my storm. The results are really better than expected, I knew it wouldn't be easy to find someone with a conservative approach to fix just enough to perfection, and I have to say Dr Miguel you are a medical artist. Thank you so much, and thank you to the wonderful staff. UPDATE: lower facelift I could not have had the courage to have gone through this procedure, much less think about it at this time, if I had not known someone like Dr Miguel exists in Michigan. I am 6 days in, very minimal bruising and swelling, and less pain than anticipated. It looks surprisingly good at this early stage I can't wait to see the final results when things settle. I am forever a loyal patient to you Dr Miguel and can't thank you enough for caring about your patients the way you do, with your amazing talent and gifted hands.

Dr. Jeffrey Williams is such a kind guy. He speaks softly and he explained everything in such detail. The questions in my head was answered before even asking them. His staff were all so sweet and I would recommend him to any of my friends/family!

Dr. Miguel and his team were exceptional! My daughter had nose surgery after an injury and they made her feel calm and cared for. Dr. Miguel is very talented and it is easy to tell that he cares about his patients.

Our daughter, 15, took a vicious elbow to the nose and it broke and had to be put back in its place by Dr. Miguel. He did a wonderful job. it was painless for our daughter and he was wonderful with her, making her feel safe and comfortable. A very skilled and caring doctor. Each time I visit the staff is wonderful, Dr Jeffrey William is remarkable, patience and a perfectionist at his trade, I’m speaking from proof and knowledge. If you have found this place you need not to look any further. I speak from words of truth. I came to him from a breast plastic surgery gone very wrong. Dr Williams he completely reconstructed the mess that another plastic surgeon initials (AG) left me with, he ( AG) should be barred from practicing. Just awful! Dr Jeffrey William is excellent and you are in the right hands. Thank God for Dr Jeffrey Williams for a job well done at Spa renaissance and staff.
