As someone who has gone to multiple treatment centers, renaissance was the best out of all. Almost all the staff is in recovery and they actually care about the clients and want to help the clients. We went on outings every weekend with the community. I went through PHP, IOP, and OP while I was here and could not recommend it enough to others. I had a great experience here.

I utilized the mental health program. I received excellent care. The mental health facilitators were the best and very helpful. The entire staff was committed to my care. I would recommend Renaissance to anyone struggling with mental health problems or substance abuse.

I don’t know who I was in the phone with in admissions but that person was very rude and they clearly were just interested in the money they didn’t even care about the other persons situation horrible horrible customer service or whatever you would call it in this field I would proceed with caution!!!!

The staff was so amazing and supportive. They are there to help you in every way possible. Going to Huntington Beach and watching the sunsets were amazing and it was so calming to listen to the waves and feeling the sand on your feet. And going for runs on the beach were awesome. we went to Joshua Tree for a hike in the desert and had lunch with everyone. It was an experience I will never forget. I did the Turkey Wobble 5k run on Huntington Beach. I had a blast and this was the first one that was not either hungover or intoxicated. It was the best feeling. Before coming to Renaissance Recovery I was extremely lost, broken, and addicted to multiple substances. It was in the group rooms where I learned more about my disease, and was given tools and solution to my problems. The District helped me find myself again and start healing that God sized hole inside me. They taught me that sobriety doesn’t have to be miserable that we can still have fun and enjoy life but actually remember it. My case Manager Ricky was a tremendous help to me on several occasions, from simply being a sounding board to helping me get together all the paperwork I needed for my custody battle. He helped me in more ways than he probably even knows. I owe my life to Renaissance Recovery. This is a decision I will never regret.

I came to California looking to find myself again and heal from a substantial amount of trauma. Before coming to Renaissance Recovery I was highly suicidal and had even mentioned to my therapist that I felt my life would eventually end by suicide, that’s when she suggested a higher level of care. When I stepped down to PHP/IOP Renaissance in Fountain Valley was my first choice in. I have not regretted my choice once. The amount of support that is provided here is superb, from my Therapist to my House Manager Ashley. Ashley has truly been a Godsend, from casual conversations to the deeper, she has helped me to grow and change my perspective on Mental Health. The Process groups have helped immensely. Renaissance also frequently takes us on outings my favorite of which was the hike to the Hollywood sign. I am so glad that I chose Renaissance for my recovery journey.

My sister, Ashley Benoit, decided to make a change in her life on April 17th of 2024 and checked into Renaissance Recovery in Fountain Valley. Before she made this decision we didn’t have a sister relationship, or even a relationship at all. I was very proud of her for going on this journey for herself and for her children but what I didn’t think possible for us was ever mending our relationship. However, we did mend everything and I got my sister back and even better than she’s been before. I am so grateful to have her in my life healthier physically and mentally.

This was an excellent place to be for my recovery. They had a wide variety of facilitators that gave great information and kept us engaged. The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. They also had weekend activities that were fun. My favorite was the trip to Joshua Tree National Park!

The therapists at this facility helped me to reach my goals regarding mental heath and recovery treatment. The people at the front desk, Kayla and Leah, always make sure to do their best and get meds ordered on time and give all the resources they can. Group facilitators varied in usefulness but overall a very supportive program that I would recommend to others.

My experience at Renaissance Recovery was life changing. I was a combat veteran drug addict at the end of his rope and these people went out of their way daily to make sure my needs were met. I received trauma therapy which helped me learn to manage my PTSD, flashbacks and impulses. The staff helped place me with a sponsor which solidified my recovery. I took the guidance they gave me, built a solid program and I am active in their alumni program to this day. I thank God for Renaissance Recovery. They helped me reclaim my life.
