Tom was awesome. Called him Friday afternoon and new TV and Sonos soundbar wall mounted and cables hidden the next morning - a Saturday. Very neat and tidy install and they cleaned up when done. Great bloke - knows his stuff and hardworking.

Would not recommend. Did tv mounting at our place and covered the optical cable port at the back. Now I can't connect the soundbar. When I notified them, suggestions included trying connecting with Bluetooth or through other means. It's been 2.5 weeks and no ETA on when I can get them to fix it. Told me 2 weeks ago he'll come after anoyher job he had and no news from him again. No accountability whatsoever.
On top of that, now I have found that one side of the tv is sitting lower than the other, so not even level.
Not worth the $265 I paid them. I'd recommend getting someone else who's a professional or even a handyman who could do the job better.

Regarding the optical cable port, when we were on-site, you mentioned that the optical connection wasn't a priority, and we suggested using HDMI eARC as a superior alternative for connecting your soundbar. We also mentioned that we could send you a right-angle optical connector, which would resolve the issue if you decided to use the optical connection later.
As for the TV being slightly off-level, this can happen with articulated mounts, which can shift when the TV is moved. We believe this might have occurred while trying to connect the optical cable, as articulated mounts can sometimes cause minor leveling shifts when adjusted. Our team takes pride in ensuring that every installation is completed to the highest standards, and we are disappointed that this has not been your experience.
We would still be happy to send the connector :)
