ottobre 2024: abbiamo noleggiato l'auto tramite il sito circa 3 mesi prima ad un ottimo prezzo con kasko inclusa. l'auto era praticamente nuova. l'unico problema che servirebbe un numero WhatsApp per magari informazione extra ecc. all'orario del noleggio auto il ragazzo non era ancora arrivato al rent a car difronte all'aeroporto e l'info point dell'aeroporto cè l'ha chiamato per noi. ( aprono solo se qualcuno affitta auto ecc). comunque esperienza positiva. tunnel detratti correttamente.

God og hurtig service. Vi fik dog en noget mindre bil, end den vi havde bestilt.

I had a great experience renting a car from RenYourCar.fo. The process was smooth from start to finish, and Magnus was extremely friendly and helpful in providing clear instructions. I rented a Hyundai i20, which was in great condition and came with handy extras like a parking clock. One of the best parts—no deposit required! While there were no free upgrades (they stick to the rules!), I was still happy with the car I received. The handover process after returning from the airport was quick and easy, and I was informed that any tunnel fees would be deducted afterwards. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this car rental company for their excellent service!

Plus: reko företag, bokningen funkade felfritt. Väldigt trevliga killar i receptionen. Fräsch bil invändigt. Minus: vi betalade för en större SUV på hemsidan, men fick en liten Renault så det var en överraskning. Bilen var kvaddad på passagerarsidan och motorlampan lyste redan vid start. Kändes sådär när man skulle bila längs Färöarnas klippväggar i en vecka.. Ringde kundtjänst som sa att det bara var att köra vidare!? Fanns ingen parkeringsplats ledig specifik för företaget när vi skulle lämna tillbaka bilen, så fick ställa den på en allmän plats. Vi betalade för ett ”tunnelpass” för att kunna åka fritt i tunnlarna mellan öarna, men då visade det sig att man ändå behövde betala för de två nyare tunnlarna. Dålig info.

Vi fik superfin service til trods for at vores flyafgang var blevet flyttet næsten 10 timer. Høflig og hurtig betjening Bilen var der ren og en rigtig god størrelse. Fuldstændig upåklageligt og jeg har tænkt mig at bruge firmaet igen😀

We booked the car with a different company but when we arrived at the counter, which was closed, a sign directed us to RentYourCar.fo. Even thought our original car wasn't ready, Magnus gave us one from his company, spotless and with only 10k kms, because: "Waiting is not fun". He also suggested not to waste money for WiFi and GPS since we already bought a FøroyaTele SIM (btw, 5G was almost everywhere and ultrafast). Next time I'll go directly to RentYourCar.fo. Thank you Magnus! :)

Récupération rapide de la voiture. Il s'agissait d'un van en bon état. Retour rapide (bureau fermé...cles laissées dans une boite). Tarifs féroéens....(cher) mais c'est partout pareil. je n'ai pas fait de comparaison avec les autres loueurs.

Great car rental agency. While others stood in line for chain rental companies, we zipped in and completed our rental in less than 5 minutes and were on our way. Great cars, great service, and the best prices! Super easy and efficient! Highly recommend!

Kleine, aber feine Autovermietung passend zu den Färöer. Sie braucht sich nicht hinter den etablierten Vermietern verstecken. Alles unkompliziert. Wir konnten, zwar gegen Aufpreis, das Fahrzeug am Fährterminal in Tórshavn stehen lassen und sparten uns die Rückgabe am Flughafen. Unser Weiterfahrt ging dann per Fähre nach Island. Alles in allem eine echte Empfehlung.

Snabb och smidig utlämning av fordonet. Dock lite osäkert när man officiellt hyr från Just Drive men får bilen från Rent your car. Finns Just Drive? Dålig info om vart man skulle lämna nycklar vid återlämning om inte kontoret var bemannat, vilket det inte var när vi lämnade bilen. Dessutom inga lediga platser på företagets parkering vid flygplatsen så vi fick parkera "fritt". Dåliga på att svara på mail. Fick felmeddelande i bilen som vi ville höra hur vi skulle göra med. Inget svar om detta. Vi körde vidare utan problem men alltid en osäkerhetsfaktor. OK bil annars.

We booked a car through Arctic Rental and our booking was contracted out to RentYourCar.fo. This was the car provided by them. Some of the masking tapes were still dangling in the air. There were also extensive scratch marks and rusts on the vehicle and it was obvious that these damages were in existent for a long time. They knew about them and those damages were seen reported on their system when we spoke to the employees manning their counter. We were also told that the vehicle was safe to drive albeit the employee said that because of the masking tapes, in reverse gear, the back sensors will always detect moving objects and the warning system will constantly beep. Our flight was scheduled to land at 1pm; it was delayed for two hours. By 3pm when we landed, we still had not received the password to the Keybox. The link for the key simply took us to the page which said that the key was not ready. We were told by one of the staff for rentyourcar.fo that the car was not ready even though we made a reservation more than a month ago to be picked up at 1pm. RentYourCar.fo could not provide an alternative at all. After more than 3 hours on the phone with our original rental company (we missed the only sunny afternoon we had during our time in Faroe Islands and would otherwise have gone for a hike in Trælanípa), we were finally provided with another vehicle.

This was the second time I rented from RentYourCar, and would definitely do it again. The car I had worked out great. It was especially helpful to me to have great flexibility in pickup/drop off - last trip the car was delivered to my AirBnB in Torshavn, and I could drop it off at the ferry terminal. This time it was airport to Torshavn drop-off. I had requested a GPS in both cases. The Tomtom was helpful to me, but it was not as nice as the Garmins I am used to - but folks were very upfront about it. Also, I really appreciated the folks I interacted with - very friendly, and simply enjoyable to talk to and get advice from.

Servizio veloce, vicinissimo all'aeroporto e con personale cortese e disponibile. L'auto ci è stata consegnata pulita e con pochi km; al momento della prenotazione il prezzo era il più conveniente tra i servizi analoghi.

Proceso de recogida rápido y sencillo. Personal agradable.
