Flor is the BESTTTT AND SWEETEST!! Atmosphere and drinks are a great time :) ladies night open bar Tuesdays and Thursdays is an unheard of deal but U gotta get tickets beforehand tho!

I came on a Thursday night and service was amazing! Flor was the best and very accommodating to my party.

To preface this, I had a Pulsd voucher! I don’t think this should cause the extreme delay in service I experienced. No exaggeration myself and my dinner partner finished our entree before we got our drink that we ordered at the beginning with our food. It’s so unfortunate that the service was so absolutely miserable because the food and drink was good! He would stop to play on his phone and gave other people their drinks before us. And explicitly on the voucher it says gratuity and tax not included. Of course I planned to tip on the original order price not voucher price. When we asked for the bill first he charged us full price and we reminded him of the voucher. Then he charged us 20% gratuity! Guess that explains why he gave such awful service. Edgar, hope you step it up because this place could’ve been great.

We went for a Birthday party and the food, which was served family style and included tacos, chicken wings, chicken/waffles, steak and fries, were all delicious. The mango juice is REALLY good. It was so good, I asked the bartender to put it in my moscow mule, which was well done. I almost forgot the tres leche and the brownie desert plates, do yourself a favor, if you like tres leche, order it!

Walked in on a Wednesday not expecting much but was so happily surprised!! 😮 My group and I were welcomed so warmly and they accommodated all our needs. Service was quick and easy. Music was 10/10. Overall 10/10 vibes.

Food was so good, servers were attentive and the music was fire and you get free entry into the reggaeton nightclub if you dine in!!!

Just ok. Food was just ok nothing too special, same with drinks. Service was decent. The restaurant was decorated nicely, it's kind of small though, so they pack the tables in close together. It's super pricey for what you get and 20% tip is automatically included.

BEST DRAG BRUNCH🩷👏🏻🌈 I was welcomed warmly and enthusiastically by all staff members and the owners. The food gor brunch was great as well as their cocktails and bottomless option. Not my first time there ....Service always seems to be attentive and I am always communicated to if there's any issues.

We literally just left after waiting 30 minutes for our drinks . We tried to remind the bartender , they agreed on forgetting our drinks which I dont understand how ,she only had 6 customer at the bar and continued to ignore us without making our drinks . This place is a joke !!! Hope they get shut down one day !

Very disappointed with the service at your Williamsburg location. We waited over 20 minutes for drinks while staff was hanging out in the corner chatting—despite the bar not being busy. I understand it gets hectic, but this kind of service was unacceptable. I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere and hope this is something you can address moving forward. It’s not the first time. Will never come back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Get it together.
