Waited 1.5 hours for food that NEVER showed up. Everyone else that showed up after us got their food in a timely manner. Never going back!

Waited for more than 30 minutes before me and my family even got our drinks! The people that came in after me left before me! Would not recommend!

I’ve been a regular for about 8-9 years now and everyone that we have had as a server or bartender has been so friendly and we always feel right at home! Heavily recommend the chicken quesadilla, wings, or the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Service is almost always quick and fast— there are times when they are slammed and busy and mess ups happen or service is not 100% because they are in the mall and other customers are not understanding, but management has always remedied the situation quickly and have always made the experience better. I will always recommend this Applebees over any in the area!

Always a great place to go. The staff always makes us feel welcome at home and the food is amazing! We are grateful to be regulars here as it’s the friendliest Applebees we’ve ever been to.

Alyssa is amazing. The beer is always fresh and she always knows what two options I may choose from. If something new comes out she’ll recommend it if she knows I’d like it more than my regular options.

It's was crazy because it was Veterans Day, and they were running deals. But our waitress was the worst. She forgot to put our order in for about half an hour after we ordered. Then she helped everyone else before us. The food was edible, but only just. And our bill had items on it from another table along with ours! It was not a good time!
