The perfect mask for the perfect head size and perfect nose. I have tried loads of respirators: Airhead, O2 Curve, Stealth, Flo mask, Airgami, Purar, Canopy, ID Mask, R-Pur, Aella and Envo. It has been like a bit of a hobby for me and a quest to find the perfect mask. I also have a 3M kit to test if they seal to N95 standard. The ElastomaskPro has so many great features. No other consumer mask I know of has all of these great features in one mask. It has: Great breathability Very soft to the skin Super easy system for checking the seal (a great unique feature for mask of this type). Looks good enough to wear in public Works well with my glasses Easy to disinfect (can just wipe alcohol all over it) Great filtration (probably N99 for most people in real life based on Aaron Collins and Gerard Hughes testing) And I can even fit it into my pocket. But I wear cargo pants with massive pockets. Can easily be worn in the rain (filter inlet points downward). BUT – it becomes quite uncomfortable after about 45 minutes of wear for me. At first I thought this was due to the straps being too tight but when I tried it without the filters in, it was comfortable. The problem seems to be that it irritates the bridge of my nose. It seems that Flo mask will remain my main “go to” mask. It is comfortable, seals well, and I can put a water resistant mask over it for when it is raining. My second favourite mask is Airgami. It is very light weight and comfortable with adjustable straps and just as breathable as this ElastomaskPro. Airgami also have the unique feature of not muffling my speech at all, which makes it my “go to” mask if I need to talk a lot eg going to doctor etc. But Airgami is only semi-reusable as the filter is built into the mask. Also, it can only be disinfected 47 times (using Instant Pot) before it is no longer N95 standard. And, can’t be worn in the rain like ElastomaskPro. Stealth mask is okay for an N100 option that looks a bit better than most respirators of this type. It is somewhat tight around the nose area but does not cause aching. It can also be worn in the rain and a water resistant cloth mask easily goes over the exhalation valve because of the round shape of the mask. O2 Curve is okay but the straps are not very good and has poor breathability and less comfortable than Flo mask. All the other masks I have mentioned are not good because they are: non-sealing on my face, ugly or uncomfortable.

Reusable Respirators and the ElastoMarkPro have been fantastic! Bought our first mask some months ago to try it out. It's brilliant. So easy to breathe through, it feels like there's no filter or mask. It's comfortable and lightweight compared to many elastomeric masks. The fit test - which can be done in seconds and doesn't require a specialist to check the seal - makes this mask perfect for anyone. And I love that I can check the seal any time I need to as I wear it to feel safe. Was so impressed we bought a second one for another member of the family. This second mask developed a fault after about 2 weeks of use - the first is still being used regularly without any issue. In an email to Jennifer at Reusable Respirators, I described the problem, explained our usage, attached a few photos and included the bar code. Jennifer replied quickly to say this was indeed covered by the warranty and they would replace the mask. Easy and hassle-free to have this put right. Great customer service. This company and its employees have been professional, friendly, and helpful, with excellent communication, timely replies and brilliant customer service. I highly recommend them and the ElastoMaskPro.

The Elastomask Pro is the most comfortable & lightweight reusable N95 I have bought. I felt badly throwing away so many disposable N95s, so I decided to try these and I'm so glad I did. It's very breathable, it's easy to hear me speak when I'm wearing it and it's easy to clean. Doing a seal check is quick and simple; it's very clear if it's in place or not (easily adjusted if not). I feel confident that I'm as protected as I can be when wearing it. Also, the customer service department is very responsive and helpful. It kept my significant other COVID free on a solo cross country trip. That's all I can ask! Keep up the good work, y'all!

I bought the ElastoMaskPro a few months ago. The mask works really well for me. I had read reviews and stats about it's incredible breathability and I must indeed confirm the mask is very breathable. Moreover, it fits my face really well. The silicon material is soft, gentle and forgiving and I experience no pinching on the nose, also not with longer wear. It is the most comfortable elastomeric mask that I know of. It is very easy to put on your face. It seals well (no leakage); you can easily check this by pushing the silicon layers that are placed over the filters. The mask seems durable and the silicon straps seem strong. The mask is easy to clean. One disadvantage I wish to mention, is that it would have been functional for me if the mask would contain a speech diaphragm. The audibility of my voice is similar to other elastomeric masks without speech diaphragm, yet my voice is more muffled than with a disposable mask like 3M Vflex and also more muffled than elastomeric masks with speech diaphragm. Audibility is still okay (not as bad as elastomeric 3M without speech diaphragm), yet I don't prefer this mask when I have to do a lot of talking to other people. One thing that would be really great for the future, is when the producers would add a N100 or P100 filter. Of course breathability would be somewhat less, but I would love to use this in high risk covid situations (my health is impaired by long covid sadly). It would be great to have N/P 100 filters on this very comfortable and well sealing elastomeric mask. That being said, the N95 filters seems to be filtering over 99% of particles already, measured with portacount machines by both Gerard Hughes and Aaron Collins

Great company with a good product at a fair price. Would love to see them make an "active" mask for exercise and make the straps on their masks thicker, but it's been working great so far.

As a Prosthetist-Orthotist, I utilize a standard cloth mask when I'm seeing patients and a different style mask/respirator for filtering dust particles during the manufacturing process. I have utilized an ElastoMaskPro N95 respirator for 3 weeks now with extremely positive results in both the patient care setting and when grinding materials during adjustments and fabrication. The first immediately noticeable differences about the ElastoMaskPro are its flexibility, inner filter design, and decreased weight. The flexibility offers a vast improvement to the comfort level over other ventilators I have used in the past. I have found the ElastoMaskPro extremely comfortable and noticed a significant decrease in sore spots and skin irritations after prolonged use. The fit and seal of the ElastoMaskPro far exceeds paper masks and other respirators as the flexibility of the mask conforms to the unique shape of your face, especially around the nose and jaw, where other respirators tend to fail. I found that even when worn somewhat loose, the seal remained positive with no breach to the integrity of the system. There are no restrictions with breathing or exhaling, and the mask did not fog my goggles or glasses as other respirators often do. There was a slight build-up of humidity after prolonged use, but it was negligible. The inner filter design provides a very low profile which is a tremendous advantage in reducing bulk while improving both movement and line of sight. Overall I have found the ElastoMaskPro N95 to be extremely comfortable, airtight, and effective as both a clinical mask and a respirator in filtering out dust and other airborne particles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

ElastoMaskPro was very easy to learn how to properly, install, maintain, don, and doff; here are also many helpful videos in case the instructions are not enough. The mask itself is extremely breathable, easy to get a good seal, and comfortable to wear for long periods, though it does have all the usual downsides of respirators, namely harder for others to hear you when speaking, and maintains a more moist environment under the mask. One downside that is more unique to this mask would be that while the material is quite comfortable and easy to wash, when dry it does tend to pick up lint easily which is hard to remove. I would love to see one that has a outer finish that is resistant to such issues. All in all, I love that there is a comfortable, resuable N95 equivalent on the market that caters more towards a wider audience. Edit: I want to add that I have taken to storing my mask in a microfiber cloth bag when not in use which has kept the outer surface mostly free of lint between washings. The material also makes it easy to take out/put in the mask.

Outstanding products and service!

I was offered free filters for giving a review. It's a better respirator than most. But... The silicone straps snag hair. It's a bit hot inside. The biggest problem, for me, is the "Darth Vader effect": the sound of my own breathing is amplified. It makes it hard to use this for day-to-day in quiet situations. I'm curious how it would hold up in the humidity of summer.

Took my first airplane trip since Covid and work the ElastoMask. It was quite comfortable, and I felt well protected.

This respirator is the only N-95 level mask that I have used that fits well enough, and is easy enough to breathe through, that it does not fog my glasses. One down side is that no one can understand you if you talk with it on, and it is not easy to remove for a second to talk. I don't plan to use this all of the time because it is too large to carry in a pocket, but for high risk activity where I don't need to speak, like attending movies, plays, concerts, or riding the bus, a train, or an airplane, this mask is the best option that I have found. It has the lowest resistance to breathing and the best fit.

I read how effective elastomeric respirators are, so I got this to have on hand for the NEXT pandemic. It's very comfortable and has a streamlined profile that doesn't make me look like an extra in a bio-hazard catastrophe movie. I like that the mask is washable and reusable and the filters are long lasting.

Very comfortable and fit well.

I was a little skeptical initially, but the mask is actually comfortable. It does not sit right up against my nose or mouth so having that room keeps me from feeling claustrophobic. Although, people have said that I sound muffled when I talk while wearing it. A muffled voice is better than catching COVID.

Fantastic respirator that excels in breathability. Though lacking a valve, ElastoMaskPro is exceptionally comfortable even when donned for long periods of time. With N95-approval, I can rest assured knowing this device is filtering harmful particles. If you need a half-face respirator, I recommend this!

Very comfortable to wear. I was surprised. And it is easier to breath through than any mask I have tried. Also it doesn’t fog up my glasses or interfere w a hat or bother my ears and hair which is an issue I have had in the past with other types pressing hard on my hair or ears.I would also add that the straps are much sturdier than I thought they would be. I can’t see damaging or hurting it very easily. It’s very pliable in the straps and face contact points.

Problems solved!!! Comfortable, easy to breath in, no more fogged glasses. This really is a mask that I can wear for hours at a time.
