Revel painting did a great job painting our large stucco house. They came out the next day for an estimate and provided a color consultant at no charge who helped us pick out the colors. They started the job on the day they promised and completed it quickly. They also came out for touch ups a few days later no questions asked. The best part was that they were 60% less than competing bids. We would 100% recommend them and use them again.

Revel Painting did an excellent job painting my house in White Bear Lake. The Sherwin Williams Night Owl color looks fantastic. They’re painting crew were experts. They were very clean and efficient, and I would definitely use them again. The photos show in-process and the color changes.

Revel did a great job painting our front door and second-story shutters. They were very careful to avoid getting paint on the adjacent siding. The paint is even - no brush marks or drips. The result looks great and we would definitely use them in the future if needed.

Revel painting did a great job with sanding and staining our back porch. They used a special penetrating stain for our tiger wood, took the time to do it right, kept us informed of their progress, and it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend Revel Painting. 5 stars!

I would have gave them ten stars if I could. Ryan and Spencer are very friendly and communicative. Spencer did a great paint job. He went the extra mile caulking the cracks between walls and the porch. I will definitely hire them again in the future. P.S. I would love to add the photos in but I don’t know how.

Poor attiutudes & responses when issues pointed out. Shoddy work/clean up Did not even tape well to help protect trims or get nice lines. Missed edges throughtout for inches at a time (see photos for just a few examples). Trims/edges, wall plates/vents - which were already removed to allow for easy access to areas - yet still areas missed with such frequency being on almost EVERY SINGLE WALL! Paint splattered over EVERYTHING not exaggerating (doors, trim, railings, cabinets, floors, handles, towel bars, windows, blinds, countertops & furniture) as they did not use protection for surfaces other than occasional dropcloth haphazardly placed Splotches/wipes of colors not used in rooms FEET AWAY across in other areas that were not even to be painted! Not very good wall coverage even when using premium paint & not changing color family. It is not a color issue, but technique since inch+ long/wide areas on few walls COMPLETELY missed that were to have been painted. Most rooms need another coat yet (after 2 quick coats) as roller marks/brushstrokes show through Places on wood trims, railings, & doors/cabinets where they made big drips/slops & attempted to "clean" up, they left extensive paint residues behind in textured areas & dulled varnished finishes On hardwood floors they did something to penetrate factory finish in section where paint was spilled, scrubbed to remove wood finish & scratched up floors dragging materials & equipment across unprotected floors Spilled paint on new carpet when they closed used paint cans & dragged tools & equipment on unprotected carpet after they demanded carpet be replaced first before painting At end of first day, they piled open paint cans, etc. on unprotected surfaces, right NEXT to coverings & rags they chose not to use Additionally, I had prepped/cleaned surfaces & rooms extensively prior...then they patched small flaws, mostly without sanding in places & did not dust or otherwise clean walls before applying paint, so there are glops of paint & weird textures now adhered to our previously smoothly prepped walls Project was to paint level & a half of house interior rooms. We really tried to make the project as foolproof as possible by having everything out of areas & sqeaky clean without dust, etc. We wanted & communicated to them throughout the process that the focus was to be put on providing a careful, quality finish given that this is our forever home. We were told & reassured many times that by getting the best paint & having their best crew working on our home that Revel would do better than most other painters because they are "professionals" with lots of experience Stained sink, broke parts of faucet & security system keypad covers - yet no one made us aware of the damage. A few putty knives were thrown well into the lawn, which we found upon mowing Inital communication & organization with estimator & project supervisors was good, so we thought we would be getting quality throughout Even after first day of work when supervisors & I talked about concerns already, I was reassured that our issues would be addressed to our satisfaction. However, even when we tried to mitigate the issues, problems got worse Afterwards spoke with project supervisors as well as an owner about problems. We were then told that it was "unreasonable" to expect quality, professional level work (more than a "B+" grade on the job was the owner's description) & they already sent their best crew for our project. The additional photos are even after they came back for "touch ups". Every single wall has some sort of issue. We cannot undo most of what they caused without extensive & expensive repairs involving resurfacing entirely. Company offered some $ off as they admitted there were definitely problems they caused, but they created more damage than if they never did anything. So we are now worse off & paid for them to cause the damage Very fast completion of project under estimate of time by 1-2 days, with all the good & bad that entails

Revel was exceptional to work with from Quoting, scheduling painting and cleanup. Very flexible staff, and excellent workmanship. Kept me well informed throughout the process especially during June when rain was a problem. We really enjoy how the house turned out. Thanks Tom, Victor and Gabe.

I had an excellent experience with Revel Painting staining my home. We set a schedule together, they arrived on the agreed upon date and finished within 3 days. They were professional and thorough; and kept me informed with what they were doing and what their plans were. When finished, they cleaned up everything and walked me through the job to ensure that I was satisfied. I am totally pleased with their work, and plan to call them if I need more painting/staining in the future.
