Dr. Misle took the time to listen to my goals, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. A concern I had in using fillers was whether it would look natural. The results were completely natural, refreshed, not overdone.
The entire staff was kind, professional, and welcoming, making the whole visit a pleasure.

This med spa is terrific! The women that work there are so friendly and have a lot of knowledge about their services. I just had laser treatment on my face and neck (SylfirmX) and there really is no downtime and I feel great - just can’t go into the sun today! I highly recommend Reviv Med Spa to make you look and feel better!

I came in to see Dr Misle as an emergency patient one evening after suffering from a cosmetic reaction. I came in nervous, anxious, and fearful of the unknown. She listened to my entire story, asked me all the right questions about my medical history and personal background to provide me the best care possible. She called me at night to check up on me and followed up with me the next few days moving forward until my swelling went down. She provided me with a treatment plan that quickly resolved the swelling on my face. Her and her staff were assuring, warm, and caring! I was willing to pay whatever price I needed to pay to get back to my normal self and Dr Misley was overly generous to provide me with complementary treatments. I’m so thankful I found Reviv! I will definitely be returning and would recommend this med spa to people looking for top quality treatment.

Very bad experience in contacting them today especially as a returning customer for years. Rude and arrogant merchant.
Non consistent communication to customer at all. I even purchased a membership hoping to get continued discount for alle facial treatment. They said they “upgraded” device so I cannot use alle credits anymore and blamed me on not reading their advertisement email.
Hours later, a follow up email came without sender’s name. This makes me feel disrespected when there is no solution but hinting the customer pay price of their change.

As previously discussed by phone and e-mail, Reviv Medical Spa has recently upgraded our facial technology to the Candela Glace Hydrodermabrasion Facial and we no longer offer the DiamondGlow facial. Prior to your appointment, we informed you of this change to avoid any confusion regarding your AbbVie Employee Reward benefit and its eligible use. Please note that the terms and conditions for AbbVie Employee Rewards are set by AbbVie and Allē, not by Reviv Medical Spa. We are required to follow their program guidelines and cannot override or modify them.
To accommodate your visit, we offered alternative services and products that are approved for use under AbbVie’s Employee Reward policy. We understand you were disappointed that DiamondGlow is no longer available and chose not to proceed with other eligible options. Additionally, you mentioned that a former employee had previously held or “banked” your points beyond their expiration date. It hasn’t even been a year that I’ve been receiving weight loss shots from Reviv, and all I can say is that I’m down 100 pounds! Out of the ten months I’ve been with them, it was not just the shots that have helped me. At Reviv they have the best team to support you and always make you know that they are with you through any journey you’re going through. I’ve been going to Reviv Medspa for over five years, I initially started visiting the practice for Botox and other treatments from Dr. Misle. Dr. Misle has a wonderful eye and has helped me approach aesthetics in a natural way that enhances my features without looking overdone. Her expertise and attention to detail leave me feeling confident and refreshed. I know I am in the best hands when under Dr. Misle’s care.
In early 2024, I started Reviv’s weight loss program with the help of Kelly and nearly two years later, I’ve done what I thought was unimaginable and have lost 100+ lbs. Without a doubt, one of the keys to my success has been working with Kelly and meeting with her on a regular basis. Dr. Misle offered several options to fit my budget and needs . I felt comfortable and trusted her judgement. The staff is incredible and the surroundings are very clean and relaxing ! I got to watch a micro needling demonstration at their recent spa party which I can’t wait to experience next !

The atmosphere was relaxing, with soft music and a beautiful, clean, spa-like environment. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional.
I had a appointment with Megan Sosnick, RN, and she was a true professional and expert in medical aesthetics. She knew about the best and latest treatments to improve the appearance, structure, symmetry and health of the skin and was also knowledgeable about advanced skin care products. Megan provided an analysis of my skin and asked detailed questions about my concerns and asked what treatments I wanted. I felt confident that I could trust her recommendations as we worked on my treatment plan. Megan discussed in detail the process involved for each of the procedures I requested and explained the steps as she performed them.
Megan outlined the aftercare routine that I should follow at home and asked me to keep her informed of my progress. Her communication style was clear, concise and comforting.
I could see amazing results before I left the office and I know my skin will only continue to improve.
