This review is long overdue. Susanne is the kindest most competent hearing specialist I have ever encountered. She works hard to make sure she understands your specific hearing loss and then helps you find the right aid and fine tunes those instruments as many times as it takes til it’s right for you. She does all this warmth, compassion, smiles, and a bevy of skill. Prior to working with Susanne I had been with the same hearing place for over 20 years so it was a real leap when I left but I am so glad I did. It has been a life changing decision. I have been able to feel less isolated in the world with my new hearing aids. My appreciation for Susanne and Revolution Heading runs deep and I highly recommend without reservation.

Not right fit for a deaf person. I went there in July. Purchased new aid and mold, but mold was not made right so I had it remade but still no mold since aug and contacting them has been difficult for a deaf person. Have a new aid I can't wear without a mold since july. Not happy about communication issues.

Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff. Several options were presented with lots of good information and devices to fit individual needs. My hearing aids can be controlled by my android phone, which is a great asset. I think Revolution Hearing was the perfect solution to my hearing needs.

I didn't have my hearing tested for decades. I am up in age but still young at heart and do need a pair of hearing aides. Questions are in my mind. But in the next few months I will be purchasing my first hearing aids and will hear like I need to. Thank you.
