I haven't been to the dentist since before Covid started and was pretty anxious about it. The Regal Heights team was very compassionate from the front desk check-in to the dentist exam and cleaning. I felt heard and cared for and they made an uncomfortable experience as pain and anxiety-free as possible. I can't say that I'm looking forward to my next appointment, but at least I know that I'm in good hands.

Gentle and welcoming staff. Dentists and hygienists are always on top of your needs. I appreciate how accommodating they are with times, reminders, and some perks here and there. The front desk ladies are great at customer service.

Very friendly and caring staff. Always thinking of what is best for the patient, adapting to the personal needs. Using non toxic/ non allergenic materials is a great feature. Watching Netflix shows and Docs during the treatment keeps the mind at peace. Leaving always with a smile. Highly recommended.

Very professional, friendly, and down to earth service. Dental chairs also have tv with netflix above them, great for children or longer visits. Very comfortable experience.
