My team has been thoroughly helpful. Miranda responds 24 hours a day and helps me get set up, Beatrice and Innocent have insured that everything was installed quickly and perfectly. The inatallation team, fence people, electrician, and coolzone inatallers were all top notch as well. They are extremely thorough and I am glad I chose Richard's.

After enjoying my hot tub for a little over a year I discovered a slow leak. Everett did a great job in scoping the problem and finding the source of the leak which wasn’t easy. He has always been on time, works hard and is very friendly and professional. Waiting to schedule the final repair but I trust it will be a good experience as all has been so far.

Angel did a great job! He was efficient and professional. He replaced our hot tub heater quickly. He even went above and beyond by helping us pull up a big fish that I couldn’t reach.

Had such a great delivery and setup experience for my new spa with the team from Richard’s. Even in a little bit of rain they still made sure I was able to get my hot tub installed. All they guys, Everett, Ricardo and David were all very friendly and knowledgeable as they were setting everything up for my new hot tub. I had been waiting a little longer than expected to have it installed but, they worked great together and got me all set up in no time. Everett has been great from my first install to working to fix a small leak a couple of years later. Thanks again!
