I emailed Ritz Plumbing, toilet was leaking. They called me within a couple of hours, to discuss my situation. Booked in for next day. They turned up on time, assessed problem. Offered me options. Went & got everything & did the repairs immediately. I am really impressed & cannot thank you all enough. You provided an exceptional service, amazingly friendly, skilled staff & they did an awesome job. Tradies usually leave you a big mess - not Ritz. Everything was left immaculate. All debris taken away with them. I cannot recommend Ritz highly enough - thank you 🙏

Prompt on site quote. Pre-called before arriving on time . Crew arrived and installed the unit in wet conditions. They minimised the mess walking through the house and removing and installing new unit. Cleaned up after finishing. Polite young men. Thanks boys, job well done!

Our hot water system died on Friday evening. Ritz came out Saturday, and by Monday it was replaced! Great service and a great price!

Their service was so prompt and efficient. Everyone from the people I spoke to on the phone, Adam who came out at 7am to have a look at what we needed and Jamie and the crew who fitted the new system and removed the old one and left the area spotless. This is a highly recommended service.
