I was very happy with the service provided by Ritz Plumbing and Electrical. They were so friendly, prompt, professional and helpful. I had 3 upstairs split systems installed. Prompt on site quote. Pre-called before arriving on time . Crew arrived and installed the unit in wet conditions. They minimised the mess walking through the house and removing and installing new unit. Cleaned up after finishing. Polite young men. Thanks boys, job well done!

Their service was so prompt and efficient. Everyone from the people I spoke to on the phone, Adam who came out at 7am to have a look at what we needed and Jamie and the crew who fitted the new system and removed the old one and left the area spotless. This is a highly recommended service.

They arrived quick though were told where the problem was likely didn’t listen and charged for 4 hours $400 and didn’t fix the electrical problem my parents are old and frail and they basically lead them astray and ripped them off not impressed disgusting not very professional at all!!!!
