I fell off a mountain bike on my last day in October and went to this clinic. From the moment I walked in from the front desk to the X-ray attendant and the amazing ortho doctor. I had broken my wrist but it was not displaced. It was also a very reasonable price and they made sure I had everything I needed to fly the next day. It was a great experience albeit the broken wrist. Thank you!

De service en de artsen zijn hier geweldig, helaas moest ik hier twee keer in 1 week zijn vanwege ernstige klachten aan maag en darmen. De arts en zijn collega's hebben ons van een infuus voorzien wonden schoon gemaakt, omdat ik ook nog eens voor deur lang uit op de grond ging. Wir waren in unserem Urlaub 2x mit unseren Kindern in der Praxis. 1x mit einer Erkrankung und 1x wegen eines Unfalles. Beide Besuche waren vorbildlich: - kompetent - schnell und klar - mit dem richtigen Fingerspitzengefühl für kleinere Kinder Hier ist man sehr gut aufgehoben!

Fast and very friendly service. Everyone was speaking english perfect. Also really good German speaking was available. Went there with ear pain, less than 45 minutes later i was checked, got a detailed information what was wrong, got the receipt for the pharmacy, paid, got the bill for the insurance. Thanks for your 100% professional work! Sehr schneller und freudlicher Service. Perfektes Englisch und sogar sehr gutes Deutsch wurde gesprochen. Ich hatte Ohrenschmerzen. Nach 45 Minuten war alles erledigt. Mir wurde sehr detailiert erklärt was ich hatte. Befund, Rezept, Rechnung für die Versicherung. Danke für die 100% professionelle Arbeit

In verband met een oorontsteking contact opgenomen met Rethymno Medical Assistance. In verband met een wat langere reistijd en dat het zondag was eerst telefonisch contact gehad en hierbij werd ik al goed geholpen en gehoord, mevrouw aan de telefoon sprak goed Engels. Ik kreeg te horen dat ik gelijk terecht kon. Ze zitten net buiten Rethymno langs een doorlopende weg en de auto kan je 200 meter hiervandaan parkeren. Prima geholpen, eerst kort onderzoek gehad en met een recept en informatie de deur uit gelopen.

Ich ging mit starken Rückenschmerzen ins Medical Center. Habe mir bei Klippenspringen tatsächlich den Brustwirbel gebrochen. Ich wurde nett empfangen und umgehend untersucht. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen perfekt Englisch. Das Röntgen Gerät stand sofort zur Verfügung und keine halbe Stunde später hatte ich den Befund. Mir wurden Medikamente (Apotheke direkt gegenüber) verordnet und die Diagnose mit Aufnahmen direkt per Mail geschickt. OP folgt in Deutschland nachdem die Diagnose per MRT und CT Zuhause nochmal bestätigt wurde. Ich kann das Medical Center mit seinem sympathischen Team wirklich guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Whilst on holiday my wife fell and landed on her knee, we applied ice hoping that would help but the hotel staff thought we should go to hospital for an X-Ray. The contacted Rethymno Medical Assistance and found out that they had X-Ray facilities and an orthopaedic specialist, they also arranged for a taxi to take us there. Upon arrival the staff brought out a wheelchair and took my wife inside, by the time I got inside she was already in a consulting room with a doctor, he examined her and sent her for X-Ray. Unfortunately she had broken her patella in two places but the doctor put on a brace, plastered the leg and prescribed medication. The staff were very friendly and we had minimal time to wait, I can’t thank them enough along with our very helpful taxi driver, Kostas Tziligkakis.
