Very Bad Experience
I rarely give one-star reviews, but this business uses strong-arm tactics on rental/expat customers. They bullied me into an unnecessary gas top-up for my aircon, claiming refusal would breach my rental contract. The price fluctuated from $120 to $80 in minutes. The technician initially refused a new service report but agreed once I paid $80. The air-con wasn't colder, it was a scam. He also threatened a chemical wash but left after I resisted.

There is no option for zero stars. This person is a waste of time, unprofessional, and utterly useless. It's better to seek help from a professional. RM Acelect Engineering company is completely ineffective and will only waste your time.

Poor Service
Worst aircon service company in the singapore. No chemical overhaul just general cleaning service $180. Avoid yourself a headache and stress , you get what you pay, but they are not cheap at all . Avoid them. Google maps 5 star reviews are probably all fake.

They have always been courteous and professional. They are thoughtful to clean up the floor after the service and communication is prompt. Rates are very reasonable and the online appointment system makes is convenient to schedule a service. Highly recommended.

My aircon was leaking one late evening and I requested for an appointment ASAP. Prompt response from them and they arranged for the very next morning. As promised, 9am the next day, the technicians arrived early and finished servicing in just 20 mins! Air con is running smoothly again with no problems thanks to them! Great service, would recommend!
