We hired RMS to paint the exterior of our home. Michael, McKenzie and the crew did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Leading up to the project, McKenzie could not have been more helpful, responsive and friendly in answering questions, and offering suggestions re: colors, etc. She has excellent taste 👌 The crew were true professionals, and completed the paint job immaculately and efficiently. I was especially impressed by their high level of attention to detail. We could not be happier, and look forward to working with them again on future projects. We highly recommend RMS for any/all home improvement needs!

We hired RMS to paint the exterior of our home. Michael, McKenzie and the crew did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Michael and his crew did a wonderful job reconstructing our basement. The work started less than a week after getting our estimate and the entire project, from drywall, mudding, painting, trim, carpet, and moving heavy furniture was totally completed in one week!! The other thing that is very impressive is that Michael finds it very important to return telephone calls and texts very promptly. That is a highly valued and rare commodity in today's world!

We contacted RMS to rebuild, repair, repaint our front and back porches. Michael and his employees were very professional and had a thorough understanding of the work we wanted done. The attention to detail in their work was fantastic! We would definitely call upon RMS for painting and remodeling in the future. For us, RMS is the best!

Mike and the RMS team did the paint and carpet in our 5000 square foot home. The work was done immaculately and professionally. They went the extra mile for us and kept us updated as we are moving to Illinois from out-of-state. They also did a complete clean-up after the work was completed, leaving it spotless for our arrival. We cannot thank them enough for the thoughtfulness that was put into our project, we will definitely be calling them again for future projects.

I was extremely happy with RMS. Michael was very easy to talk to. I explained what I wanted and he was open to all my questions and was very good with communication. His team was outstanding. They show up, on time, and the quality of their work is way above standard! I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for painting, and/or remodeling. They also stained my deck as well and did a wonderful job on it!!

Michael and team have done a number of jobs for us. Most recently RMS completed a bathroom remodel for us. This was a complete gut job down to the studs. They completed a large custom tile shower, installed a new vanity and stool, drywall, and flooring as well as lighting. Michael and team were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Communication was top notch. All materials used were of great quality. When the job was complete my wife and I were extremely pleased with how well they cleaned up the work area. 10/10 recommend for any job.

They completed a large custom tile shower, installed a new vanity and stool, drywall, and flooring as well as lighting. Michael and team were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Communication was top notch. All materials used were of great quality. When the job was complete my wife and I were extremely pleased with how well they cleaned up the work area. 10/10 recommend for any job.

I hired Michael for a bathroom remodel. Grade B. There was a grout issue that he blamed on a "bad batch". In actuality it was a problem with how the grout was mixed. He returned to remodel my kitchen. No backsplash was planned because I did not want a repeat issue with the grout. He used a different way of pricing which was not explained well. So many mistakes were made and communication was poor. 1. Incorrect measurements used for cabinets and install was different as a result. Three extra cabinets could not be used and a new one needed to be ordered with a minimal difference in price. 2. Floor was incorrectly installed: floating panels placed under cabinets; no subfloor installed which resulted in soft spots and split planking. 3. Wrong sink ordered which was replaced with one a different shape than the counter was processed for. 4. Sink plumbing installed incorrectly which came apart 6 months later. Poor communication throughout the second job. He seemed to either blame the subcontractor or have a placating response. I paid a plumber to replumb sink. I'm now in the process of hiring a flooring company to tear out and replace the kitchen floor because RMS was not responding to my texts and stringing me along to schedule acting to come to rectify the problem. I'm now solution-focused using other companies and spending a lot of money in the process. Poor communication. Poor accountability. After two large remodel projects, many lessons learned. Unfortunately, I would not recommend RMS given my experiences.
