The awning is beautiful and we love the added screen. The installers and electrician were spot on. BIG ISSUE, no one showed up on the original installation date. Called salesman and office several times only to be told "they'll be there". Still no show. Monday, no courtesy call back, poor customer service, no apologies offered didn't even try to accommodate an early appointment, Tsk Tsk, very disappointing.

Very well designed and fabricated. The installation crew took 30 minutes at the most. The rollup Awning was a very smooth experience, from purchase, to first rollout.

Prompt , efficient , friendly , competent. The awning even though it is 20 years old works and looks like its brand new !!!!

We had a "Roll Up Awning"on our place for 31 years. (Same company) Held up well. We felt it was time to replace it. Ordering done with (Gregg) and installation done by (Carlos and crew)went well. Electric connected the next day by Paul and son which went well.

From working with Ray to determine our needs to the installation of our awning, this was a very quick and easy process. Love the awning. Love this family run business!

Was not told by site planner awning would be lower, office difficult to contact when important questions/requests needed, and electrician was $300 more than quoted because of short wire on awning, making the whole event difficult. Awning looks nice.

I have purchased 2 awnings in my old house and I purchased an awning in the house I purchased last year. I also purchased an awning for my son's house. Let me say that the service and professionalism from the salesman , the installer and the service department was beyond exceptional. The quality of the awning and the motor and remote have been trouble free . My first awning ran trouble free for 15 years and it is still being used by the people who bought my house. I can't say enough about this organization and its people. Don't buy an awning from anyone else. You will not be sorry. Al Ferrara.

Beautiful awning quiet motor cools my hot deck by 20 degrees looks beautiful I put it down every morning to show it off to my neighbors. The guys who installed got right to work and clean everything up respected my property. They have so many different designs and patterns. Go to the show room they will help you and show you how it works.
