I had the pleasure of working with Rogelio to help me find the perfect apartment! I had searched for many months and called so many other realtors. I didn't have any luck with them and the service and follow up was not that great. When I contacted Rogelio from Romero Realty he met with me many times, and didn't quit until we found the perfect one. I was pregnant at the time and coming from abroad, not knowing much about housing market. It was great to have that extra attention and care. As an expat I was really nervous about communication; however Rogelio and his lovely staff are fluent in English. Romero Realty are honest, good people with integrity and knowledge in this market. My experience has been both enjoyable and comfortable while looking for a flat to purchase. Rogelio and Jackie are very active in the community and welcomed me to attend some events to get a feel for different neighborhoods of Panama City.
In the end, I am renting (also arranged by Romero Realty) until I decide my best location. When I do buy, it will be with the help of Romero Realty.
