We had a great evening with Benjamin at the Aperol class making tagliatelle with carbonara sauce. We learnt how to make three types of spritz and pasta from scratch. The class was very interactive with great music and vibes, we’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something a little different for their trip to Rome!

Cooking class in Rome I recently took a cooking class in Rome with Giovanna and Azin, and it was an absolute highlight of my trip. Both instructors were warm, knowledgeable and incredibly patient, creating a relaxed atmosphere that made learning truly enjoyable. We prepared delicious tiramisu, carbonara e cacio e pepe using fresh local ingredients, and I left not only with new skills but also with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting an authentic and fun taste of Roman cuisine.
