They were able to get my roof approved with PainLaw their Law Firm and the Office of Financial Responsibility, within hours the insurance company reversed their decision and send full payment. Knowledgeable we've been very very helpful to ask the tool to do all this things that we don't know how to do it I don't know how to do it because like you don't have to pay nothing even if they pay our lawyer of the lawyer will do to the company and we are so blessed to be able to make it to have the roof done because there is a big problems. Nikki doing a great job but she's a real friendly she come out or out of her way to come and talk to us and we are so thankful for all of her to come offer to come to the hospital, with my husband being sick bringing flowers and to help us to do this wonderful job that she's doing and I hope it is God bless her for all the things she has done and and all the help she's given to us because we need her to help us and I love her she's been wonderful thank you Nikki and God bless you love you! Highly recommended Roof Pros USA. Excellent service from initial quote to finishing the roof. We went from a shingle roof to a metal roof. Roofing team took care to protect landscaping and outside areas while removing existing roof, they also cover our driveway with plywood since we have pavers. That’s exceptional service. Loved finished product. Neil showed up several times to make sure everything was good. We are a very happy customer.

We went thru Roof Pros USA on Big Tree Park Dr, Longwood to have our Patio Roof replaced. Talked to Jethro and he listened to what we needed and hooked us up with Classic screens who work with them. Someone came out from Classic Screens to give us 3 estimates. We went with the one we felt was the best option for us. The workers were awesome and worked hard for 2 days on the patio roof. The roof looks fantastic and my husband and I are very happy with the quality. I recommend Roof Pros if you want a replacement patio roof. Thank you Roof Pros and Classic Screens.

I am so glad that I chose Roof Pros for my roof job. It was scary at first not knowing what the heck I was doing but Neil was there for every step and explained everything in detail. As a first-time reviewer, I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with this roofing company. When I purchased my house five years ago, the promise of a brand-new roof was a significant factor in the home’s price. Fast forward to the present, and I find myself dealing with a leaking roof. Naturally, I contacted the same company that installed the roof. After receiving a quote, I reached out to Michael, the owner, hoping to negotiate a solution. Unfortunately, he neither returned my calls nor took responsibility for the issue. Instead, he delegated the matter to his assistant. The proposed resolution was underwhelming: a mere 10% discount and a paltry six-month warranty. I requested a more reasonable offer—$100 off the price and a one-year warranty—but was met with resistance. It appears they are aware that their work doesn’t stand the test of time. What’s particularly frustrating is that there is no visible damage to the roof. Yet, I now face significant expenses to rectify a problem they should have addressed properly in the first place. As a homeowner, this situation is both disappointing and costly. In summary, I strongly advise against using this roofing company. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their work has left me in a difficult position. Save yourself the headache and seek a more reliable contractor elsewhere.

Great company, prices are good, workers very polite and friendly. Ask for Neil if you need a new roof, very professional and knowledgeable, he will explain to you the all process in details and will be present during the installation, will answer all your questions. I spoke to 10 companies before I made a decision with which company to go. Never regret that I chose Roof Pros USA. Thank you!
