Recently had Roof Worx come out and look at our house due to the damage from the hurricane Aaron Frye came out and looked at our roof and even went above and beyond helping put out a tarp over the damage on the roof. Aaron also checked in numerous times as the new roof was being installed. The whole experience from dealing with Aaron to the roofing crew made the frustration and aggravation from dealing with the hurricane damage a breath of fresh air!!! 10/10 would recommend Roof Worx for all your roofing needs!

Went under contract with them to fix Hurricane Helene damage in October, took them 4 months to finish. Would not recommend them if you want a timely turn around.

Fair warning!! The current owner of Roof Worx owned Pro Roofing Plus until he changed his name in 2021. This is the 2nd name change since 2018. Just before he changed his name to Roof Worx he did a roof replacement on my home. It was a nightmare. The roof has leaked ever since and he did nothing about it. It appears he just changes his name once he has so many complaints. I would fear allowing Blake and his current company to do any work for you if you want to keep the inside of your home dry. Make sure you obtain insurance/bonding as well as license information. We found out later he didn’t even pull a permit to do our roof.

Looking for a top-notch roofing plus business? I found it. Roof Worx replaced my roof and did some damage control and painting in my house. They were fabulous from beginning to end. I give them my A+ approval.

Blake Day is the man!!! He was on time and throughly explained the situation of my roof and attic damage. Totally recommend Roof Worx, as they seem very fair and honest.

Blake Day was my rep who came by and spoke with my wife about a roof inspection and left information if I wanted to follow up when I got home. The information explained that in April 2023 there was a hailstorm in this area, and I might have enough damage to get a new roof minus my deductible. I looked over the information and called Blake who was at another job site but said he would come by after finishing up. He inspected the roof, took some pictures, and said he thought it had enough hail damage that it would most likely warrant an insurance claim. He was not a pushy salesperson in his delivery of information. Two days later the insurance adjustor came out and inspected it and said it had 65% damage. One thing I learned from Blake is the shingles do not have to be broken to be damaged. I told him I had inspected the roof back in April after the hailstorm but did not see any broken shingles and thought all was good. Blake showed me where there were indentations in many of the shingles, which was new information to me. The claim was processed, and we picked out the shingles and Blake explained the process from the materials, underlayment, drip edge, type of shingles, cleanup process, covering all decks, porches, and shrubbery, to how they would honor the warranty. The installation date was scheduled, and the process was underway. The weather was so that they could begin on the January date. I was concerned at first if there would be an issue having the roof redone in January, but after speaking with different companies that do this year-round, they assured me it would be fine but would take a few more days for the shingles to seal due to the cold. The crew that did my roof was a crew of 8. They worked like a well oil machine removing the old shingles in less than two hours. The complete job would have been done in less time but there was a mix-up in the shingles being delivered. This was not Wood Worx's fault, this was a mistake with the vendor. The owner Blake took care of getting the shingles out on time and the crew was able to start replacing the shingles after lunch. The job was completed by evening along with checking for nails and blowing out the gutters and roof. They use a big push magnet to pick up any nails that go into the yard. Out of hundreds of nails, I only found two after the job was completed and that is pretty good considering all the nails involved. A couple of days later we had several inches of rain and I climbed into the attic to check around the chimney to see if there was any leaking. To my surprise, it was leaking in two places. I videotaped the places where water was coming in and sent this information and video to Blake Day and he immediately forwarded this to his boss. The head two crewmen that replaced the roof came back out the next morning and we hooked up a water hose and had one to spray from the top and the other one and I watched from inside the attic. After further inspection, the roof flashing was correctly installed, it was small holes in the chimney where the antenna had been mounted to the roof decades ago that were allowing water from the hard rain to enter. He said we can take care of this with some silicone. They repaired it and said if it should leak again, give up a call. Blake Day came by during the installation and after the completion to check and see if I was satisfied. Customer service is spot on, with courteous communication and quick turnaround time with receipts and all paperwork. She is good at what she does! These guys are good at what they do and are very friendly to work with. I would without hesitation recommend this company to anyone needing a roof installed or repaired.

I had my roof replaced due to hail damage that was covered by my insurance by Roof Worx in August '23. Tim McClellan assisted me and helped explain the process. Due to some odd processing by my insurance company there were some questions that rose up but I was able to speak with Blake and we determined what had happened and was able to resolve it quite quickly. I have had no issues with the roof and it actually seems to be quieter than the old roof which is a nice bonus. The team that replaced the roof did a great job and worked very diligently and did a good job with the post-job cleanup as well. Overall I'm satisfied with the work done by Roof Worx.

Roof Worx is awesome, they replaced our roof and gutters. they truly stand by their word as a company the workmanship is top quality,I would reccomend them to family, friends and neighbors.
