Molto piacevole ☺La colazione top ☹Manca il bidet

Super-helpful staff and great breakfast choice ☺ The staff were super-helpful and friendly, providing local information and making sure our stay was as good as possible. On one occasion they provided a generous solution to my mistake, it was a lot more than I could have reasonably expected from them, thank you again. Also worth mentioning the excellent breakfast, we stayed in 3 locations during our holiday and this was the best choice. A small but important point is that it was the only one that provided nuts and fruit that could be added to a choice of cereals.

Ottima posizione ☺Posizione centralissima, buona colazione, staff molto gentile e disponibile ☹Purtroppo anche se avevamo comunicato in fase di prenotazione che ci sarebbe stata con noi anche la nostra bimba di 4 mesi, si sono dimenticati, e ci hanno dato una stanza molto piccola e con un solo letto matrimoniale piccolo. Inoltre la prima sera l’acqua della doccia era fredda perché la cisterna dell’acqua calda era finita, ed é tornata calda dopo qualche ora ed é stato un problema lavare la bimba. Lo staff é stato disponibile e si é scusato proponendoci una nuova soluzione il giorno successivo, ma essendoci fermati solo 2 notti sarebbe stato più impegnativo spostare tutte le cose nostre e della bimba nell’altra struttura che non era lí.

We liked its location, pleasant staff(Jero?) and quirkiness! ☺ Good location - v good for access to Alhambra and old city. A quirky little place in a quirky part of the old city. Room was small with clever use of space. Breakfast was good. ☹ It was a bit noisy outside the property. It's on a very hilly street - wouldn't suit those who are not fit for a climb!
