Excelente trabajo todo terminado conectado. La Casa se siente ahora muy agradable en el la temperatura ambiente agradable, gracias al señor Luis F Echeverri que hasta el final ha estado con nosotros trabajando y esta es la segunda casa a la que él nos viene a ayudar a poner el clima, el aire acondicionado y la calefacción. I want to say that I recently replaced my central a/c and the person that I spoke to was Mr. Diego he was very attentive and great customer service, I highly recommend Rotex their team did a great job at my house, they clean right after they finish the job they were awesome also they did a follow up right after the installation as well. Muchas gracias a Miguel que vino Martes por la tarde a dar nos un estimado para un nuevo sistema HVAC. Nos gustó mucho a mi y mi esposa todo lo que Miguel nos ofreció que eran cosas que otras compañías no ofrecían y querían cobrar extra. El proceso de financiamiento fue muy rápido y fácil que después de aprobación para su programa de no enganche, no pago por 6 meses no interés por 6 meses Miguel nos dijo que podían empezar y terminar el trabajo mañana que era el Miércoles. Fue un trabajo muy excelente y profesional y muy limpio. Muchas gracias Miguel por atendernos y prepararnos para el frío que viene y para este verano caliente en Texas.
