The Technician was very professional. He called to alert me that he was on his way and going to be a few minutes earlier than quoted. He was quiet, friendly, and also neat. I will definitely contact Roto Rooter again, if needed!

Checked house drain to street... found no blockage. showed me where problem was coming from sink drain. Charged $99. which I think was fair for his time.

We’re here when they said they would be. They did the job in a very timely manner and cleaned up like they were never here. Technician told us what was going on as it happened. Very, very satisfied.

Matt did a great job
I showed Matt the problem and what I tried but did not get the job corrected
Matt explained he was going to use a larger and longer snake to clear the clog.
I spent the day before trying to clear the clog.
I made a mess upstairs and in the basement all day
Matt cleared the clog in an hour including cleanup.

I had a technician come out to fix my clogged toilet and first I want to say he was not very friendly. Second he left our bathroom very dirty. Third he reeked of cigarettes and my bathroom smelled so bad. He fixed the issue I had but would not use him again!!!

I don't know about the Ball person, but then Lance and some other guy came, and they did diagnose the issue. My problem is, they charged me 350.00
to tell me what was wrong, and then said they could fix it, but it would be five hours at 350.00 an hour plus parts. I contacted the company that put in my new tank and drain fields. They fixed it and it took an hour and a half. So, no thanks rotorooter. I'll look elsewhere next time I have an issue.
