PLEASE DON'T POST PHOTOS THAT ARE FAKE. THERE WERE 6 DAYS BETWEEN WHEN YOU 'DISCOVERED' THE DAMAGE, TILL WHEN YOU REPORTED IT. I WONDER WHY IF IT WAS SO UPSETTING? THIS DAMAGE WAS DONE BY YOUR REMOVAL COMPANY. STOP TRYING TO BLAME THE TENANT. A COMPLETE FABRICATION BY A RUDE AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE PAST MANAGEMENT CLIENT. You are the problem, you could not accept the truth, your husband used unacceptable profanity and was verbally abusive. When Linda stood her ground, you did not like it. There are so many details that you have conveniently omitted and are just crying the victim. Truth is; you had an old cheap couch that had deteriorated paper (on the underside) and you expected the tenant to pay, how arrogant! It is owners like you that give investment owners a bad name. Trying to blame the tenant for damage that they did not do is exactly what you are doing. Shame on you.
