Be careful purchasing cars from AM Royal Motor Grandeur! We've had terrible experience whereby car arrived with mold & cockroches, were told that 'roaches are quite common for older cars'... and 2 months later the stench has yet to be removed. In addition, we've had to send car back several times to fix the same issues, faulty door lock, engine leaking etc... only to find it hasn't actually been fixed. Despite their assurances to provide car in top condition with 6mth guarantee. Cannot trust and such a dodgy company, beware!

Brother Amirul was so patient, kind, understanding through out the whole process from the explanation till handover the car. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the process. He came out with a few alternatives to suit my needs. Sold us a car that was registered as PHV before and was not informed at all at point of purchase. Assigned a workshop that ruined our car. Had a very simple coolant issue from March till Sept but the workshop kept telling us it was okay to use the car. In between those month we sent back the car a few times and was assured it was okay. Lo and behold in Sept said now it might have leaked into the engine and because it was deem "human error", we cannot use the warranty. How is their mechanic incompetence my problem? On top of the 3k+ we have spent for repairs, they are asking for another 6k. Went back to Royal Motor as they are the ones who assigned us to this workshop. Manager Brian only replied the first few messages and then ghosted. He simply STOPPED replying. So I was left with a car that couldn't start and a shady workshop. Decided to just bring the car to another 3rd party workshop. And they mentioned car could possibly be involved in a major accident as there was a recent paint job in the interior of the car. Very dishonest and up till now, no one from Royal Motor has come forward to help with this issue. Please DO NOT get your car from this workshop.

Met up with Bro Amirul at Tampines Rd Show as he was highly recommended by my friends. Explained to him of my intention. He came out with a few alternatives to suit my needs. My queries were promptly explained. Definitely impressed by his professionalism. No hard selling from him. A very down to earth guy. Journey from the point of signing the sales agreement to the point of collecting the car was like a walk in the park. Hassle free and efficient. Keep in touch bro. I am glad I found Royal Motor Grandeur. Car bought: Toyota Sienta Sales: I was assisted by Yann. We bought a Toyota Sienta. LOVE the car, it drives so well compare to our last Noah. Yann had patience to guide me through the process in choosing the right car. All the sales process were smooth. Car servicing: I can’t say yet as we have yet to service the car . (Will update this space for review in due time) After sales service: provided by Yann was also commendable. The car had some issue with the trunk door system, as it was changed from manual to automatic. We had that fixed but, now due to that, the trunk door kept sounding like it wasn’t close properly through every bumps on the road or if to go through speed bumps, it continue to make rattling sound. On top of that, she is always able to help me whenever I have questions with the car.. 👍 In overall, I would recommend Royal Motor Grandeur. It was a smooth, trustworthy experience for our first time buying car outside of the official store
