Had a compressor fault and was able to get instant support from Josh and the team. They went above and beyond to claim the warranty of it and managed to get a technician to do a replacement of the compressor within a couple days, which was a great outcome as I didn't need to wait until the Christmas break is over and didn't lose too much sales in between.

If you are vendor considering getting into the vending business, think carefully before buying a Royal vending package. They are slow to place machines. I took over the package and Commenced in April first placement was end of July, 3rd site offer was December. Not to mention if your machines are under performing on the $100 per week. Be prepared to be mucked around and fight for relocation. I had 3 sites under performing. My introduction to Royal vending was great, my first relocation was great, then after 6 weeks my package was transferred to another case manager and the whole experience was a nightmare. So much so I didn't even finish with the purchases. They kept requesting the same reports over and over. One site was moved. The other site wasn't. The double standards are astounding. Considering both reports for the site that was approved to be moved and the site that was declined were sent as same report, same time frame, everything. Their communication is horrible you have to chase them up and when they wont give you an answer they say it can be 6 to 12 weeks to decide if they will allocate a relocation. Then during that time they will ask for you to keep sending more reports due to the amount of time elapsed. It's like a game. One report was accepted, one was declined. Even though 6 week report was given and site was earning $91 per week for those 6 weeks. By there own response to my review) they acknowledge this but mucked me around from oct 11th until Dec 19th. One site was moved other site they mucked me around for a months placement was 18 weeks until I finally got so fed up. Hence my review. They will drag relocation out by saying they need another report. They will just ask for new reports, 2 sets of reports were sent for this site. to be moved were sent together. I was informed that relocation an under performing site can take 6 to 12 weeks for them assess after you provide 6 weeks of under performing evidence. Then told it was only 72 hrs. But, again I had been going in circles from beginning of Oct to end of Dec. Which means you can have a machine limping along for 18 weeks running you around. Good Luck! To clarify another cooment Royal made. I was absolutely a Royal vending client. I took over a package of 10. There was still 6 machines on the package. This doesn't belittle my ownership of machines, they were brand new, new placement machines. the terms of contract still applied, so should how I have been treated by Royal vending. So I am unsure why you commented I was not original buyer. Dealt directly with you.

To clarify, you are not a direct customer of ours but instead purchased/ took over the vending machine from one of our previous customer Tess. Time frames for installations and relocations can vary depending on proximity, and while we strive to complete the process as quickly as possible, it can sometimes take time.
Our offering is to find a location that has the potential to perform well, but we cannot guarantee that every initial or relocated site will meet expectations. While we acknowledge the initial 6-day delay in starting the assessment process, the vending machine has now been on-site for 16 weeks. For a fair assessment of its performance, we require turnover data for the entire period (16 weeks), not just the first 6 weeks.
During the first 6 weeks, the machine averaged $91.83 per week. There are an additional 10 weeks of sales data that are essential to provide a complete picture. If this data had been shared and showed earnings below $100 per week, we would have been happy to relocate the machine for you. Instead, multiple reviews were left without engaging in further communication or providing the requested information.

GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF AND EXCELLENT ADVICE.
I have had some issues with one of my machines and spoke to Chris from support who worked with me on the phone and video link. We booked a service call and arranged a time. The guys met me on site and replaced the motherboard and screen. While they were there they suggested a different configuration for my trays and set it up for me. Royal vending has always been prompt helpful and understanding in all my dealings with them.

Are you allowed to that? Freedom of speech right . Do we still live in Australia with our own culture and human rights ?

Josh, Mary and the team have been proactive in helping me through the setup process and are following up after I’ve been up and running for a few months. Josh really helped me out when trying to diagnose an issue with my machine.
The problem turned out to be different from what was first suspected, so he had someone come to the site and fix the machine and get it back up and running as soon as possible, with updates being given to me throughout the process.

Hi.I have two vending machines which were purchased from Royal Vending in the last 9 months and have found the team at Royal Vending to be very helpful in solving any minor tech issues that i have had. The delivery of both machines to site was organised quite quickly, once i had made the payment and support with setup of the machines was to a very high standard.
One site has been underperforming and Mary has been fantastic with providing her assistance and advice as to what we are doing about this and has been very quick ro address the issue with the site the machine is located at.
A big thankyou to the entire team at Royal Vending for their asistance from before purchase of my machines up until now and I am sure this cooperation will continue going forward.

Started a vending machine business this year with the help of Royal Vending. They have been very supportive and helpful throught the process helping to set up site locations, delivery of machines, remote technical support with machine set up and very proactive with any issues I've had, helping to fix any issues I've come across, including replacement of some parts. Prompt delivery and advice on how to rectify or improve the machines operation. Very open with communication and easy to work with. They have been a great help to someone who's never been in business before. The ongoing support is great, I never hesitate to ask them questions and I get help almost instantly even when I havnt pre arranged a time. Great service and delivery from the team at RVM. It was my first machine and everyone from Brenda, Mary, John, Kushan and Aden were great.
Brenda - my second point of contact after Daniel. She patiently advised my options and assisted everything I needed.
