I took my mustang to RRT for a performance alignment and even though they specialize in high performance German vehicles they provided the best alignment and service I have ever received. My car has not driven better. 100% recommend this shop.

I dropped off my 2018 F80 for an oil pan gasket leak. Was called and told the leak was from the mass air meter boot which was less expensive to repair. They also recommended to not worry about the oil pan leak because it was very minor. I appreciate their honesty to a great degree.

I took my 1987 E30 in for a water pump replacement, and I had a great experience. The team was super knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and took great care of my car. It’s not always easy to find a shop that knows older cars, but they clearly have the expertise. I also really appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need, just honest recommendations, which is rare to find. Highly recommend!

Got a Dinan Stage 2 install and oil change done on my car. James from RRT was great; he answered all of my questions through email. When I picked the car up the next day, an RRT staffer told me that my vehicle had missed 30+ software updates! RRT took care of that before loading the Dinan software package. Great service and would go back again.

Another great experience using RRT. They got my car done ahead of time and made sure to update me along the way. If you have a BMW, do not go to the dealership , RRT will make sure you always are taken care of. And they will make sure they save you money!!!

I have received service from RRT twice so far. The customer service is amazing, very accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The office is clean, and neat. They have water, coffee, and snacks for free. I was super nervous my very first appointment because I usually go to the BMW dealership for all of my car needs, but the dealership of course is extremely pricey. I will now be going to RRT for all of my car needs. Special Thank you to the staff for the excellent customer service.
