Dr. Khan and the rest of the staff at Garrisonville urgent care are excellent. They care, listen to your needs, are knowledgeable and give great medical care. I’ve gone to the urgent care as well as brought my children in. The office is very quick and clean. I choose Garrisonville urgent care over other urgent cares in the area.

Dr Khan is very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He has terrific bedside manner and is very patient. He takes the time to address all of my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. The staff is just as friendly. Dr Khan’s other location at Embrey Mill Primary and Urgent Care is equally pleasant. I am leaving reviews for both as my family goes to both locations, depending on where Dr Khan is. I rarely leave reviews but Dr Khan’s kindness deserves to be acknowledged.

Do not go to this urgent care. I came in because my doctors office was booked and I needed to be cleared for surgery. I was given a CT order that wasn’t filled out correctly so I arrive for my scan at the radiology center and we have to call to get confirmation. Angie Burt did not fill out the order correctly and the radiologists couldn’t accept it. She was not there when j called so we spoke with another provider who said she’d send the order over now. It took over an hour with nothing and me and the radiology center had to call over and over u til the provider there finally gave a verbal approval. Absolutely ridiculous and then I got an attitude about calling multiple times - I called because it had been an hour and I hadn’t heard back and same for the provider. I will be honest at that point I wasn’t in the best mood and reminded them the issue was due to their provider filling it out wrong I didn’t get a single apology or any accountability for them causing the issue.

This place is terrible. Went in on Monday due to a horrible pain in my back and couldn't sleep for several days. They said that they would phone in a prescription to Giant pharmacy right away. I got to the pharmacy, and they never received it. I called the urgent care again, and they said he is doing it right away. Waited for 30 minutes, pharmacy never received. I called again, they were closed, left a message to call me. It's now Wednesday, no call, nothing, Crickets.

My physician has left this practice and I was able to locate her in Fredericksburg.

Dr. Kahn and his staff provide sincere and professional health care. I’m a retired Marine and they take tricare. My whole family use this doctors office as our primary care physicians

For going to a place I didn't want to go. Literally every single person that I came across was amazing. The front desk lady was so compassionate, explained some information about my insurance I needed to know. The nurse was literally perfect! She was funny, compassionate and was able to make me feel safe and the doctor I saw took excellent care of me and made me feel like he really cared about my well being. If I could make this my primary care I absolutely would. Thank you so much everyone for being so kind. You don't know how much I really appreciate it.

The very best clinic in Stafford. I've been to many clinics until I discovered this clinic so close to my home. They don't come any better. The staff is great and the nurses, PA, and Dr Khan are outstanding.

The new location opened in the Publix plaza in Embrey Mill Town Center and we called at 1000 am the receptionist answered I explained I have head ache and sore throat and body aches she said come on in and we can see you around 1130 am and we arrive , start filling out paperwork and the nurse says ooh sorry we don’t have the strep test here or flu or Covid screening just yet but you all can go to our sister location in Garrisonville. So why would you tell someone that is sick to come in and you don’t have the proper treatment or care to give. We ended up going to Patient First and received high quality patient focused care.

They sent my blood work to the wrong lab and I was stuck with a $1,000 bill. Even though they are contractually obligated to use a separate, COVERED lab for patients with my insurance, they refused to admit their mistake. Incredibly disappointed with this dishonest doctor's office.

Very knowledgeable and personable staff! I’ve been a patient there for about 5 years now and don’t plan on ever leaving unless they do!

Went on a Monday was given antibiotics.After 4 days it had only gotten worse.Called to see if they could ask doctor what would be my best recourse.Wouldn't do that said i could come back in.So I get there at 3:10 they said they aren't taking any more patients.No one in waiting room and they close at 5. I'll look for something better.

They lie to me. they told me they do accept my insurance first but, after I went 4 time later, they want me to pay over $ 700.00 because my insurance not going cover them. why I had to pay? because they lie to me I have a 100% Medicaid cover I never had issue with another Doctor office.

I was at the right place, with the right professionals with amazing attitude. Dr. Ashley Cremisio, receptionist, nurse could have not been more accommodating and caring. Thank you

Confusing and unprofessional desk staff. Very rude and dismissive and flat out confusing.

Horrible experience. I walked into get my son’s stitches removed and they denied him saying they only do virtual appointments. Not sure what the point of Urgent Care with them really means when virtual appointment I can get anywhere.
